First Impressions. Received this product today in time to try it out on my morning walk and wanted to leave my first impressions.First thing I noticed was there are no written instructions. You have to look at pictures and hope you can figure it all out. Thankfully it’s not rocket science and its easy to get going. The headphones were packed in a bag inside the box along with all the necessary cables. Bag might be useful later but I doubt I will use it much. Since I hadn’t taken time to charge them up I used the cables for a wired connection to my mp3 player. First I tried the cable with the 3.5 connections on each end because it was shorter. It plugs into the right ear phone. Turned on my mp3 and got nothing. After turning the mp3 up to almost full volume I got sound from the one earphone. Tried the other cable with the 6.5 to 3.5 connector and got full rich stereo sound. I was immediately pleased with the quality of the sound from a economically priced headphones. Mind you the sound isn’t the quality of Bose or Beats but neither is the price. So off I go walking. These are NOT noise cancelling headphones. I would prefer to call them noise reduction which is what I actually prefer so that I can hear cars, dogs or anything else that I might need to know about while walking. I would estimate their reduction to be approximately 85% but thats only a guess. What is important to me is I can hear my music plainly even with cars going by. My route today was the shorter one lasting only 35 minutes. Previous headphones I used would give me problems after about 15 minutes of wearing but these fit great and I expect to be able to wear them regardless of how long the walk is. Hooray! I finally found a pair I can wear for the whole duration. I do, however, expect my ears to get hot when the Las Vegas summer gets at it’s peak. Upon arriving home I tried out the Bluetooth function and headphones paired quickly with my mp3 and sound quality seemed to be even better than with the cable. So here is my final summation:PROS: Cost. Would be hard to find a better pair at this price. Fit. Really surprising how comfortable they are. Sound. If your a fanatic for great sound then you might be disappointed in these. Since I suffer from tinnitus I like deep bass. Treble hurts my ears. These deliver in that department.CONS: Instructions. No instruction to speak of. You have to be able to cipher the pictures. Mono. You only get mono with the double 3.5 connection cable which is a lot shorter than the 6.5 cable. Fit for hat. You will have to wear these over your cap since the curvature of the band extends beyond the curvature of the head. Heat. I’m not sure how comfortable these will be when the temps get up over the 100 degree mark. Today was only in the 70s and my ears sweat a little but I’ll have to get back to you on that.SUMMARY: I’m really impressed with these headphones thus far. If your wanting good sound and comfortable wearing headphones then these deliver big time. Hope this review helps you make an intelligent decision.

After browsing GOOD & BAD reviews for days, there is 3 main topics i want to point out. Review disclaimer: This is not a 100% complete review, as i just received my headphones today, and these are some important things i NEEDED to share after reviewing a lot of inconsistencies in the other reviews, youtube videos, comments about these specific headphones. (i will update my review when i spend a little more time with the headphones to explore all the features i bought them for, audio splitting with my wife, wireless, studying, movies, games, guitar playing & traveling)1: PRICE: The reason i want to discuss price FIRST is because ive noticed not everybody has paid the same price for these headphones, due to frequent sales the manufacturer offers. Thus leading to some having higher expectations than others in the reviews. IE: (all prices before taxes & with free shipping) I paid 34$ for my pair and 24 hours after my purchase they increased to 43$ and are still technically on sale… I would feel a bit differently about the product had i paid the original price of 55$ for these.2: QUALITY: When i received mine, my amazon box was in perfect condition, however my manufacture box looked damn near kicked across the warehouse, there was a huge dent in it and it looked to me as if it was opened. Not to mention the headphones had some dust and what looked like hand smudges on it. So my first impressions were not “NEW” like i had anticipated. However even after being let down on handling quality, I continued inspecting other aspects of the headphones they APPEAR to be untouched. But as mentioned before, paying 34$ for these I can overlook this. Many people complained about squeaking and rattling of the hinges and it feeling cheap. In my experience it is very smooth to open and swivel, tight and mechanic feeling rather than plasticky cheap like i expected. Speaking of expectations, my next topic…3. EXPECTATIONS & WORKAROUNDS: So before i made this purchase i have looked at damn near every youtube review out there even the “bad” ones, comments included. A ton of the reviews posted on here on amazon and Ive seen many contradictions in people’s opinion on a wide variety of qualities. IE: “headphones too small” “headphones too big” “headphones too heavy” “headphones too light” (note: this is a common issue with almost any headphone review you look at online.)The point i’d like to make last is, no matter what you expect when you buy these, whether it be weight, sound quality, battery life, cable preference and additional features. You must understand that many of these qualities are going to satisfy different people .. differently. However, there is a lot you can do to tailor these kinds of headphones to your liking. If rubber cables arent your thing then, order new ones. If the bass is too high for you, use an EQ and tone it down, if the mids and highs are too high then tone them down. I’m no audiophile but i think i’d much rather something be toned down then to be boosted digitally. Also if the ear cups are too big or too small, maybe you could consider using the ear cup dimensions the manufacturer provided in the listing because thats how i made sure they would fit.My takeaway: understand what you’re buying, its up to you to value the individual features and measurements, ask yourself if all of these features are worth it to you, and if you would utilize the product and all of its features, because after all, your money goes somewhere right?(will update this review after i spend more time with the product)Thank you for reading
These are actually really good. I have an obsession with headphones. I have about fifteen pairs. They range in price from $40.00 to $400.00.Recently two pairs had to be thrown away because the battery died on one pair and the other pair (Incredible One) broke at the hinges just like they always do.As a side note don’t EVER buy Incredible One by Nick Cannon because they always break in about the same spot. I have bought three pairs and All three ended up in the trash in a relatively short period of time.)Anyway, I ordered the OneOdio. Because I liked the look. When I got them connected and started listening to them I was was very pleasantly surprised. These headphones actually sounded better than about any other pair I own with the exception of Nura headphones which are the $400.00 pair and are actually tuned to the way your ears hear things. They beat out Sony, they beat out Skullcandy, they beat out IncredibleOne and they came close to beating out Bose. The sound is very good for a $40.00 pair of headphones. They have very good bass without it being booming and the higher frequencies are bright without being tinny and with out the “sizzle” sound when you hear words with the letter S or soft C.My only concern is how long will they last without breaking. They feel a little fragile but time will tell on their durability. For now I will give thes headphones five stars.
The sound quality is amazing, I’m hearing new things that I didn’t notice in songs I’ve been listening to forever! The low bass frequencies come through really nicely and when on full volume you can feel the bass in your ears, they also have a perfect blend of mids and highs for the perfect listening experience! These headphones are also great for mixing! The build is also nice, the cushioned foe leather under the head band and the cushioned ear cup make them super comfortable for long use.I also want to mention that the battery is as good as the it claims to be, I only have to charge them once maybe twice a week if I use them more then usual.Highly recommend!

My new favorite budget headphones. First impressions- I love these! I previously had a different pair of wired, over-ear headphones from OneOdio that were my go-to (and one of their most popular sets), but listening to these two back-to-back I’d say the A70 definitely lives up to the price difference, and has to be my new favorite pair of headphones.Pros:- SOUND: Sound quality’s awesome! Really clear audio with solid bass quality, and the noise suppression’s pretty decent too (given the price range these are in). I thought there would be a sizeable decrease in quality from the wired vs bluetooth modes, but I actually found it pretty difficult to sense any difference.- COMFORT: Definitely a step up in comfort from my other set. The other one’s ear pads had bulky, circular cushioning that gave me headaches if I wore them too long, whereas these have a smaller, flatter rectangular design that fits a lot better. The foam inside is also a little less dense so the compression isn’t too harsh, with the foam across the band being more dense to offer greater support.- BUILD QUALITY: I’d say these are impressively well made for the price they’re listed as. I’ve hada number of headphones that I could tell felt cheap from the moment I picked them up, but these feel really solid! My last set, despite being decent quality compared to a lot of other budget headphones out there, still had some problems with them that made them feel a bit clunky (ear cups had full rotation which felt flimsy, you could hear plastic creaking when moving around). This pair however feels very well put together, with the ear cups having a fixed limit for rotation, and no excess noise coming from the plastic.Cons/Critiques:- NOISE LEAK: I’ve seen this come up for other reviewers, and I will note that there is a bit of sound leakage. I don’t think this is too big of an issue however, since you do have to turn up your volume to a bit of a high level for anything that comes out to be really noticeable (though this will vary depending on what kind of environment you’re in). If you’re gonna be using these in noisy public spaces or just on your own at home, then I wouldn’t say it’s anything to worry about.- BUTTONS: Bit of a nitpick, but the buttons are pretty noisy and do feel a bit cheap compared to the rest of the design. Interestingly enough, the power button makes significantly less noise and feels better built-in than the volume buttons. I think this was to make a better distinction between the three when the headset is worn, though I do wish they had all been built in a way that felt a little better.- EAR PADS: Now, this is a *very minor* issue to me personally, but the ear pads compressing do make a bit of a rubbery creaking sound that you can hear fairly loudly when you grab them with the headset on. I’m pretty sensitive to noise so this is just a little thing I noticed- I do think it can be ignored just fine since you’ll only hear it when taking them off, but I figured I’d mention it since I wrote about the excess noise previously.* IF YOU’RE GOING TO BUY THESE: Not a critique, but I’m going to mention it since I didn’t see it brought up on the user manual- the cable itself has a sort of locking mechanism where it connects to the headphones (this is the first time I’m seeing it, but it might be used with other brands as well). There’s a piece attached to the connector that slips into the matching shape of the port, very similar to a key. From there, it can be turned left to offset the alignment of the piece inside, keeping the cord from being pulled out. By turning it fully right until it stops, the piece lines up with the shape of the port again and you can remove the cable. Just thought I’d point this out since it took me a minute to realize how it worked, and I scratched up the port a good bit in the process :’)Overall, real good stuff! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to find a solid pair of headphones without spending a fortune

I got these especially for listening wireless to podcasts & MP3 files in bed without the bother of unplugging my laptop and balancing it on my knees. They are perfect for the purpose, and I can walk around my small apartment without missing a word. The procedure to pair them with the laptop or phone took me a while to get correct, but that’s mostly because I’ve never had a compatible Bluetooth device before. I was able to connect the phones simultaneously to my laptop and my phone. The sound is warm and full-ranged, a little bass-heavy. The low bass is very powerful, performing below the rated 20 Hz bottom; organ music goes down to 16 Hz, and these phones delivered, rattling my teeth and even vibrating my chest a little! The treble is adequate; I wasn’t able to fully test it, as my laptop has limitations. In Bluetooth mode, my equalizer is bypassed, so I haven’t tested wireless frequency range. However, the wireless sound is rich and clear with speech, which was the purpose for which I bought the phones. Music of various genres sounds great, especially wired where I can tweak the equalizer profile. The attached image is the manufacturer’s frequency response graph from the manual. It shows the bass emphasis I’ve mentioned. I am concerned by the >10dB peak around 7-8 kHz. I suffered significant hearing loss in 8 hours with a previous set of phones (Sennheiser), that had a similar peak, paired with a treble-heavy keyboard. As with any headphones, listen at moderate levels! The phones feel sturdy, with studio style swivelling ear pieces. They are surprisingly light and comfortable; I have worn them for almost 24 hours with only short breaks, for days in a row, and they are so unnoticeable that I have actually walked out of my apartment without realizing I was still wearing them! I have even slept in them. The ear pads are very soft, and provide adequate external noise reduction (but not cancellation).Overall, I am more than satisfied, in fact very pleased with the A70. I am not a sound professional, but I would say they compare very favourably with phones costing two or three times as much.

Excellent headphones except for one small detail. I bought these headphones because my wife already has another set by the same manufacturer and she loves that headset. I asked her to compare this set with her older one and she pretty much said what I had already noticed. THE GOOD. 1) Detail is extremely good. Voices can be heard clearly and instruments are very well defined. Great sound overall. 2) Comfort is exceptional 3) Build quality is excellent. Solid unit and great looking. 4) Feature set is well above average. Blue-tooth for wireless use, included cables are top notch, can’t ask for anything more. THE BAD: This is exactly where my wife noticed what I did when using the headphones. The volume gets to a certain level and then stops. I found the same problem while using this set in that I could not reach a higher volume which stifled the enjoyment of the playback. My wife’s words were, “My older set sounds louder than these”. And she’s right. I thought it was just me. CONCLUSION: An amazing set of headphones. It checks all the boxes except for one, volume. If you are used to lower to mid volume listening then you will not have a problem with this unit. However, if you are the type that likes to jack up your music to really hear the thumping then this set is unfortunately not for you. It could be the manufacturer placed an automatic volume control in order to save our hearing, I’m just assuming that detail as I cannot fathom any other reason for the volume restriction.Deducted one star for the volume issue.
Fantastic Value for Studio and Casual Listening. Pros:Battery Life: The 72-hour battery life claim is no joke! I can go almost a week without charging, even with daily use. Perfect for long studio sessions or travel.Sound Quality: The sound is surprisingly rich, with a solid bass response and clear mids. For casual listeners, it’s great for everything from music to podcasts. As someone who occasionally does mixing, I can vouch for the balanced tones. However, audiophiles may miss some finer details in the highs.Dual Jack Design: The option to switch between 3.5mm and 6.35mm jacks is a game-changer. I use them with my guitar amp, and the flexibility is super convenient. The wired option also works seamlessly with my PC when I’m editing audio.Comfort: The ear cushions are soft and comfortable for extended wear. I’ve worn them for several hours without any discomfort.Build Quality: The headphones feel durable with a sleek matte-black design. They’re lightweight but don’t feel cheap.Cons:Bluetooth Range: While the Bluetooth connection is stable, the range could be slightly better. Once I step out of the room, the connection starts to falter.Noise Isolation: These are not noise-canceling headphones, and while the over-ear design helps block some ambient noise, they’re not the best in noisy environments.

THESE HEAD PHONES ARE AWESOME. THESE HEADPHONES ARE REALLY WORTH THE MONEY. GOOD QUALITY AT A LOW AFFORDABLE PRICE. SO EASY TO SET-UP AND USE. VERY COMFORTABLE, LIGHT WEIGHT & FANTASTIC BASS. ONE DAY I WILL BE ANOTHER SET FOR MY WIFE AND TWO DAUGHTERS. THANK YOU SO MUCH. DANNY FORD
Great low-end headphones, reasonable price, look stylish and loud enough for my music. Easily connects to bluetooth and holds charge really well. Folds down into carrying bag to make storage easier. I’m not an audiophile, just someone who likes loud music on my walks and when traveling on planes (including super loud prop planes) and these are perfect for that! Also love that the cushion is both thick and soft so the head phones feel nice on.
