HP 14 Laptop, Intel Celeron N4020, 4 GB RAM, 64 GB Storage, 14-inch HD Touchscreen, Windows 11 Home, Thin & Portable, 4K Graphics, One Year of Microsoft 365 (14-dq0070nr, 2021, Pale Rose Gold)

This is a beautiful laptop. First, this is listed on Amazon as Windows 10 and it comes with Windows 11 so some updating in the description is needed. Not complaining – just sayin’…I needed a quick emergency laptop so ordered this one to use for a few days and as a future backup computer while my huge desktop was in for repair. I am a graphic artist so the only software I could use efficiently on this laptop is the installed MS Office which was no surprise. But what was a surprise is that when I tried to upgrade the MS Office to my business account and also tried to install a browser other than Edge – it slowed down the system considerably.So I’m resetting it to factory settings and using only the Edge browser because as a back up unit for emergencies – I can use the home version of MS Office. I usually only use PowerPoint anyway and for temporary use – the Home version is fine!But now that I understand the limitations along with the other nice features such as touch screen and Windows 11 security features, I’m happy to keep this as a second option in my office that I can use for online only marketing purposes and for my grandson to be able to access his email for classes, etc.The pink color is very nice, by the way, as my office is in pinks, greens, and blacks. So, for what it’s built for – it’s a very nice option and works great. I definitely recommend that other people try it out!

As described. This product is as described, it will come in S Mode which I didn’t want but that can be reversed easy enough. It’s light weight. Pink. Suitable for email and web surfing. Not super fast but you get what you pay for. It’s not going to be fast as lightening at this price. I’m very satisfied.

Laptop. I bought this as a gift and they said they love it, especially the touch screen

Ok item. It is a not expensive laptop but I’m guessing you get what you pay for. The lid with the screen on is very flimsy and the battery doesn’t hold the charge as described plus some other little things.

Worthless. This computer is basically an expensive paperweight. Forget gaming or using any kind of vinyl creation software. This thing can’t even do basic web surfing. It’s slower than your grandma. It’s slower than that driver you get behind on your way to work when you’re already running late.I get that you get what you pay for, but in this case, you don’t even get close to that.

Great laptop, has replaced my desktop for some scenarios. Plays all the games I want with great fidelity and high frames p/s. Call of duty mw3, league of legends, elden ring, inquisitor 40k, and some others. It can play about an hour and a half unplugged but performance on battery only is noticeably slower after about 30 minutes or less depending on how demanding your settings are. I upgraded the ram and memory which was easy to do and a DELL employee walked me through it over the phone. As with all laptops make sure you update!

Not a touchscreen. The screen does not work when you touch it

Pink Laptop. I Love this computer got it for my christmas gift im a college student and i just think it’s perfect. Not too big not too small just right and super cute simple and convenient. I definitely recommend if your a student or even if you just want a basic laptop with all of the basics of a computer

Keyboard Issue. Keyboard is not happening Have to hold it down for a while to get it to work Tried Settings to see if there’s a way to adjust the keyboard sensitivity please advise

Computer went black. Have not had this computer for 8 months and it’s giving me so much problems. It does not turn on and I have to keep re starting. This has been the worse buy.
