Light evens tone some. I wanted a product that would even out the tone of my face and had sun protection.This evens my tone lightly. I used too much to make sure to protect my skin while outside. It looked bad. It was obvious, matted in areas, and turned an orange color along my upper forehead. The obvious color was noted by the lighter skin near my hairline. So, I took a wash cloth and removed some of it to look more natural. I put some more at my hairline.I use a 70 sun protection on my face and put this on top. I would not count on this product alone to protect my skin. It is a bonus if it helps some.I have fair freckle skin. I wasn’t sure what color to get. I got the lightest and am happy I did.I recommend this for a light evening tone for your face. I can’t recommend it for sun protection as a more generous coat defeats the purpose of invisible coverage.I suggest thinking of any sun protection to be a bonus to a stronger sun protection used under the product.
My go to makeup. I’ve used many brands of all kinds of foundation over the years since I was 13. Even expensive department store brands and while as an adult I don’t like using foundation at all most the time; I do need a good moisturizer and something with spf as I’ve been living at 7,000 feet for a few years. This one of all the brands and types I’ve tried makes my skin look luminous and the spf actually does work (no dark spots on sunny days). The moisturizing lasts even after washing off so this doesn’t dry skin even with the pigments at all. For the price and the quality and the convenience of one skin product for the day, it’s a must! I use shades 100, 110 and 120 throughout the year as I’m blonde and fair skinned but need more color sometimes as my skin is a bit darker in the summer. Sometimes 120 isn’t available here or overpriced which is silly so hopefully 120 becomes consistently available.
Perfect “no makeup” makeup. This stuff melts into my skin, looks totally natural & has a physical sunscreen instead of chemical sunscreen. It’s my skin, but better and with SPF protection. I even told my sisters about it because although I normally don’t use Maybelline products, TiKTok reviews of this convinced me it was a great dupe of a much more expensive product and that’s spot on.I just swipe some of this on, hit my undereye area with some concealer, set it with a very light application of talc-free mineral powder mixed with cosmetic grade ultra fine silica. A little bronzer, mascara, and lipgloss and it’s a perfect low key un-made-up, natural look. I like it so much I put it on subscribe and save.
Light coverage. I used medium and light depending on season. My skin is normal. I am older so this tinted cream does not settle in my fine lines and pores. It does not dry out or create any residue. I absolutely love it and have bee using it for years. If you are looking for full coverage this is not for you. If you want light coverage and a natural look then I highly recommend this product.
Good product. As I’m aging and don’t prefer to wear a full face of foundation and power anymore, this product is a great alternative to a bare face. It offers light coverage that evens skin and doesn’t settle into fine lines. It’s a quick easy look when applied with some lipstick and mascara, 5 minutes and out the door!
Lightweight. I wish I would have discovered this sooner! I haven’t loved my skin like this in my entire life. I love that it’s a skin cream (beauty balm), spf, a total 8 in one product! I’ve bought so many foundations over my lifetime and have been left disappointed just about every time. The closest to satisfied with one I ever came close to was It Cosmetics bb cream. So I just kept using that for years. On a whim, I tried a sample of this bb cream. I thought, “Wow!” Right off the bat. So I bought a full size one and I’ve never so happy with the way skin looks like I am now. It’s lightweight, looks soooo natural, goes on like silk, covers great, healthy for my skin and it’s sunscreen! This is the reason I enjoy doing my face in the morning before work. I actually look forward to it. It no longer feels like a chore. My powder, blush, bronzer, highlighter all go on effortlessly and in harmony with this bb cream. I’m so impressed with it. I’m in my 50’s so finding a product that works like this is hard to find. I may not have a lot of wrinkles but this bb cream doesn’t settle into the tiny ones I have under my eyes. That’s so important.
Love this product for my picky, sensitive, aging skin. I have red hair, fair skin and freckles and I prefer to still be able to see those freckles even with makeup on. I’m also 45 :/ so my skin texture is definitely changing and my pores are getting way too big for their britches. So finding a good foundation is becoming real hard guys. So I’m so happy I found this! This product is very creamy and lightweight but pair it with some setting powder and you’ll get great coverage that has decent staying power. It’s better than a tinted moisturizer because it feels more like a typical foundation but not as heavy. Here’s a tip: I go one shade up and lean more tan than my skin tone and gives me just the right amount of color without looking like I’m wearing a mask.In the picture I’m wearing what is for me full makeup lol. Which is this product as my foundation, blush, mascara, maybe a smidge of eyeshadow and powder. That’s it!

It is literally my favorite foundation EVER, even more than my bareminerals and other top brands I’ve tried at more than triple the cost! I’m super fair skinned and the “light” color is so forgiving and blends so well that foundation lines are a thing of the past, and it matches me perfectly through various seasons as well!Includes SPF, doesn’t dry out my skin, doesn’t look cakey, doesn’t cause breakouts and it’s the only foundation where I feel/look like I have nothing on, yet have much better skin overall. I wear it daily, whether it is a “makeup day” or not. And if I fall asleep with it on (I’m a new mother, so it happens) – no big deal. I can either just wash my face in the morning, or really just apply a 2nd layer and be good to go since it really is so lightweight and forgiving. I’ve even blended it over a full face face from the night before (bronzer, blush, highlighter – again, new mother), and it still looks great and natural! A definite staple to my routine and I don’t see that changing anytime soon!Please Maybelline, never stop making this product or change the formula!
Lightweight and affordable. 10/10 highly recommendedI’ve been using the same BB cream for years. I always had trouble color matching but this BB cream blends flawlessly. Coverage can be buildable though one application for me is enough to hide discoloration, small scars, and blemishes. Best part is it doesn’t have a weird odor, and dries nicely.
Been using for several years. I’m an older lady (57) that doesn’t like to wear make up. I’ve been using this BB cream several years and it’s great. It moisturizes without being greasy, it has sunscreen and just enough light tint so my skin looks nice and glowy and not so pasty and dry. I wear no other moisturizer or foundation with it just the BB cream. I love it. I apply in the morning and it lasts all day. The tint isn’t enough that it comes off on clothes like foundation does. And it’s inexpensive esp when you think it replaces foundation, sunscreen, and moisturizer.

Can’t say enough about how amazing this product is! I am a raving fan. I don’t hand out accolades often, but this skin care product is my new go-to!!!!! I have been using BB creams for a while; I don’t like that full coverage caked-on look or feel, and prefer a more natural look, especially as I age (just turned 60). I have normal to dry skin, and tan easily. I used to use bare minerals BB cream, and loved the color match I found, but I didn’t use it everyday as it had this weird metallic scent once it was absorbed into my skin. So I have since tried a multitude of similar products. Saw this one, and thought I’d give it a whirl. Initially I purchased the lighter shade. Tried it for a few days, loved everything about it except it was a tad too light. So I bought this 1 shade darker, and guess what??? I mixed them! Yup! I discovered that yeas ago! As an artist, I mix colors all the time, so why not do the same with skin care products? The 30 SPF is a must, and keeps me using it every day! No more using those powdered sheer foundations on in-between days. I’ve used this for sports, hiking, etc. It doesn’t run, or highlight your pores at the end of the day. It simply makes my skin look like real skin, only with less flaws (age spots, wrinkles, redness, etc). The bonus = it’s a great value! I could buy 4 of these to my 1 tube of the named brand! Highly recommend!
