Didn’t help me. This didn’t work for me. I couldn’t tell I was taking it.

This is the BEST value for Choline, a supplement that should absolutely be in your daily rotation. The thing about this brand is their supplements are CONSISTENTLY GOOD. There, I said it. I mean how many times have you ordered a supplement and wondered if this is doing anything for you? I know I have and these Choline Inositol are VERY good. I can feel a boost in productivity mentally when taking these. I know it might sound odd but it’s absolutely true. Especially for those of us who are *ahem* a little older.I can’t recommend these enough, both as a supplement and as a brand. They’ve been flawless with their stock. order quality and overall value for me for 3.5 years now. 100% awesome. That’s all.

Interesting. I bought this after reading about it in Ben Greenfields book. He mentions it is good for certain people who are low in energy. I have been taking it now for a few weeks and have only noticed a small difference but and boost in energy is a plus for me. Obviously with most products you need to be consistent when taking them. So this might be my downfall

Good stuff. I read that these were helpful to take while you’re pregnant so I took them as part of my prenatals and I’m still taking them three months postpartum for breast-feeding. They don’t really have a taste or a smell but I do find the need to take a bite of something right after I take them to make sure that they go all the way down

Helpful with memory. Helps with daily organization and memory. I have a diagnosis of mild memory difficulty.

Greatly reduces hair loss. I am coming up on 50 and my hair is thinning. I did a lot of research and tried several things including rogaine to slow the loss. This is the only product I have found that helps (with daily caffeinated shampoo). I see maybe half dozen hairs in the sink when I comb and groom when taking 2-3 capsules daily. Before that, it was dozens of strands. If you are seeing thinning and want to hold on to what you have, I highly recommend this.

This helps. On my second bottle and this has made a difference. I feel less inflamed and more balanced.

I love all NOW supplements. I love all the supplements from NOW. Good quality but also a good price. Always get what I ordered.

I swear it works. After doing a lot of research on “memory “ and “sharpness “ supplements , I decided to try the one outstanding ingredient: Choline. After a week I realized I felt better and remembered where I put my cell phone 😉. I open the capsules and put the powder in my protein/spinach shake. It’s worth a try! BTW: I’m 76 yrs old!

The mystery prevails. At first I do think this supplement really helped with regulating my cycle and reducing my menstrual symptoms, and I was really hopeful I had, at last, found something that truly helped with my perimenopause nonsense. Hence the 4 star rating. The last couple of months however I haven’t experienced the same efficacy. If you also deal with irregularity and the never-ending mysteries of Aunt Flo and her finicky disposition, than you’ll understand when I say that I honestly have no idea if the issue for me is a buildup/tolerance in my system or something related to my own hormonal imbalance, so I’m not sure it’s fair to downgrade this product’s rating when honestly who the bleep knows why I’m personally no longer experiencing the benefits. Either way, I’m personally not willing to increase the amount I take or continue purchasing. Supplements in general provide subtle improvements in my experience, and the efficacy tends to vary from one individual to the next, so this is just one middle aged woman’s experience. Not sure if that is actually helpful for anyone, but I think it’s important to contribute an honest overview.
