Didn’t help me. This didn’t work for me. I couldn’t tell I was taking it.
Inexpensive. These are some of the cheapest Choline/Inositol capsules you can find online anywhere. The capsules are about the length of a quarter, so they are not small, and you have to make sure to drink them with plenty of water as sometimes the gelatin they are contained it will stick to your tongue, but they seem to be as good as any out there and for a reasonable price.
This is the BEST value for Choline, a supplement that should absolutely be in your daily rotation. The thing about this brand is their supplements are CONSISTENTLY GOOD. There, I said it. I mean how many times have you ordered a supplement and wondered if this is doing anything for you? I know I have and these Choline Inositol are VERY good. I can feel a boost in productivity mentally when taking these. I know it might sound odd but it’s absolutely true. Especially for those of us who are *ahem* a little older.I can’t recommend these enough, both as a supplement and as a brand. They’ve been flawless with their stock. order quality and overall value for me for 3.5 years now. 100% awesome. That’s all.
Choline. Read about them and how it improves nervous system. Not sure if I can feel any improvement tho. Will finish bottle but prob will not buy again. Not to say won’t help someone else.
Interesting. I bought this after reading about it in Ben Greenfields book. He mentions it is good for certain people who are low in energy. I have been taking it now for a few weeks and have only noticed a small difference but and boost in energy is a plus for me. Obviously with most products you need to be consistent when taking them. So this might be my downfall
