Actually works for my kids. Every school year, as soon as day one, my kids have a constant cough. Mucus, persistent, day and night cough. I don’t know what is causing it at their school but it’s horrible. I took a chance on this and within three days the coughing has stopped and has not returned! I had a taste and it’s sweet. I do not use it daily for them, 2-3 times a week and it has made the coughing stay away. So thankful I found this and am now looking at Mary Ruth’s other products to use for my family since this one worked so incredibly well!

Extract not essential oil. Amazon sells edible extracts of quite a few lovely herbs. This respiratory formula is very helpful and easily digested. Whe I want an herbal supplement or extract I look on Amazon for what I need. They come in bottles with droppers like the essential oils. I don’t confuse the two types but I have several extracts to use when I want them. Theycare wonderful.

Taste is better than most other brands. This is one of the best tasting tinctures. It seem to work well. I love a lot of products from this company, give it a try!
Love this stuff. Clean ingredients and it really works! Maybe lasts an hour or two before I need to use it again, but it’s effective.

This is a lifesaver (literally). Why did you pick this product vs others?:This was literally the only thing that got me breathing normally after I had a persistent cough that kept taking my breath away! I had a stubborn cold that caused me to have coughing fits and it would keep me up throughout the night. I was even struggling to breathe properly during the work day. I was tired and fed up of feeling horrible after cough medicines failed me so I did my research, read reviews and found this product. It’s worth the price and helped me after taking the recommended dose consistently for 3 days straight. The flavor is good and is easy to swallow.
