Perfect 1st day of school board. This is a great 1st day of school board. One side is 1st day, other side is the last day of school. It smelled a little when I opened the package, but let it sit out overnight and the smell went away. I do recommend cleaning right after you get your picture. I waited a couple days and had to use a magic eraser to get it all the way clean. Glad I didn’t want till the end of the year, not sure chalk marker would have come off.
Good for school. It was good and easy to write on with the water chalk; however cleaning took me awhile to figure out what worked the best. But otherwise great product.

Use real chalk, not chalk marker. Sign is good quality, super cute. Based on the reviews that chalk markers don’t come off easily (or at all), I decided to use real chalk instead.
Perfect fit. This is exactly what I’ve been wanting for years since I had my 1st kid (3 total) and I’m excited for my oldest to use it as well as my other two and use it as a family tradition 🙂 It is exactly as the picture shows too, chalk you have to buy separately.
Perfect!!! Please read review. I was hesitant to get this due to the reviews about chalk marks not erasing well. I now know that actually comes down to the chalk markers you use, not the board. I use Bandle B liquid chalk markers, and I can leave it on for days and it erases with just water, without leaving even a hint of a mark! This board is sturdy, and has everything I wanted on it. Plus it’s not too expensive! I got 2 more, since I’ll someday have 3 kids going to school at the same time. Very happy!
Second time purchased!! Will again. I bought this one last year for first grade and again this year for second grade. I used a paint pen as I want to keep these for my daughter through graduation. Will purchase again, highly recommend.
Great Product. I like this sign so much that I use it for my daughters every year to mark their first and last days of school. It’s a great way to commemorate the beginning and end of each school year, and it’s easy to store for future use.
Perfect for School Memories. Great quality sign with plenty of space to write details. The chalkboard surface wipes clean easily so we can reuse it each year. It made our back-to-school photos really special. Highly recommend for families!
School ready. So cute. Definitely durable. I love that it’s two sided. Easy to use and light for a child to hold but if you don’t clean it off the chalk right way/wait to long you can see the old writing.
