Pump not strong enough. We were so excited to get this small table-top fountain and hear the relaxing sound of water flowing. The pump seems to be undersized though. From the beginning, it barely pumped water up to start the flow, then after about a month, the pump sound got louder and the flow got so weak that it wouldn’t even trickle into the bowls below, it just ran down the front of the top bowl down to the basin. Now all you can hear is the noisy pump and not the water flowing :(I tried cleaning it out, which helped for one day 🙁 I think that the pump is just not strong enough to do the job. I’m sad that the pump made it barely past the return date, because now I can’t return it, but it also doesn’t work. It’s so loud now, that we don’t plug it in anymore…the loud motor sound is very annoying. I am going to have to buy a new pump for it–one that is a bit stronger.
It’s ok. The media could not be loaded. It’s pretty and it works good. I had a little trouble getting the lights to show through the hole at the top. But my husband fixed it. It doesn’t make any motor sound but it doesn’t have a water trickling sound either. I wanted that sound but if you get real close you can hear it a little. The ball stops rolling every now and then but I just start it up again. The lights do change colors I noticed it doesn’t say that anywhere in the details. It came with a small bag of rocks that aren’t that nice so I added my own rocks to make it look prettier. I wish I could see it better at night. I thought the lights would show up better but you can see in the picture I posted that it doesn’t do that. Overall I think it’s a nice water fountain. I just wish it had more of a trickling water sound. Make sure you add water to it every day because if you don’t the motor will break. I had another fountain that broke because of that. It was fast shipping too. I would recommend it but I would say buy and add your own rocks to it. I didn’t give it 5 stars because of the no trickling sound and because it was a little confusing putting it togther.
Fountain Sound Tip/Indoor Use/1st Broken & Replaced. UPDATE: A replacement showed up very quickly. Same packaging, but it was perfect.Very quiet motor. I forgot to look what setting it is on before turning it on. No splash. No water trickling sound, but it might be in low. (Mini update: turned switch on bottom, might have changed the water flow somewhat. However! I added a little stone or two to the top and now as the water runs around the stones I have a water fountain sound! Also, still no splash!)I planned on putting it on a table on the porch. Listing says indoor and outdoor many places. The directions clearly state indoor. It is only a two prong plug.Original review: The tail on the yellow bird was broken. It was shipped only in the privy manufacturer packaging. The box did not look harmed.Wondering if everything was just too tightly packed.The water reservoir was sitting directly on the top of the packaging on the bird. Any downward pressure probably broke it.It’s pretty. The yellow isn’t as bright but it almost looks more natural instead of lemon yellow. I liked it. Hopefully I’ll be able to plug the new one in and use it.

Half a fountain. I really like the bird design. Unfortunately water only flows from the bottom spout so nothing comes from the top. You lose out on the sound of water splashing down from two other outlets. There did not seem to be a return option on the site but I decided I like it well enough as it is, but still wish it worked like the vendor shows in the photograph. We should get what we are shown.
Adorable. Easy to set up and use. You will need to Add water on a Daily basis due to normal evaporation. Use DISTILLED water only to keep it clear from deposits. Leave the pump on to make it last longer.As you can see, I added more rocks and also placed it on a Turntable and embellished it with greenery. I put the fountain itself in a clear pot tray to catch any possible water spill, and then placed it on the turntable before adding the greenery.It sits on my counter top and I can turn it for when I’m in the kitchen, and then turn it when we’re in the dining room/living room.Also purchased the following from Amazon, to keep the pump and everything Clean from Algae, which will grow. Add an Itty Bitty TINY (Drop) amount once a month:CrystalClear Algae D-Solv Pond Algae Control, Fast-Acting EPA Registered Algaecide, Use in Fountains & Outdoor Ponds Containing Koi & Other Fish, Treats 5,760 Gallons, 16 Ounces

🐦💧 Bird Tabletop Fountain ❤️💧. The media could not be loaded. My heart, this is it!! This little amazing corner of zen, tranquility and joy. Size is absolutely perfect (mine stands on top of a small bookcase) birdies are super adorable! 🥰 Build quality is sturdy, and it was very easy to install (instructions are crystal clear!) I highly recommend purchasing more small rocks, as the ones they come in the package are not enough to cover the entire base surface. To make a trickling water sound, add a rock below the upper tier and voila! Must purchase. Absolutely awesome, A++++!!!! Update: I added a buckthorn wreath with white little flowers around the fountain and it’s just the most amazing touch of nature! 😊😊
Super quiet and so pretty. I absolutely love this fountain! It’s very quiet (but by adjusting a few pebbles on the top tier of the fountain, you can get more of a trickling effect if desired). Its the perfect height, and so charming with the colorful birds on it! I was skeptical on this item at first, but so glad I got it, as I am more than.pleased with it.
Good for gift. I found this foundation unique from other fountains. Brought it for a housewarming gift. Works really well and makes no noise. Decent in size and easy to install. Leakproof and pump works well too.
