Wow this works. This stuff is great! I’m sleeping better and I don’t get cramps in my feet anymore at night. I drink it every night before I go to bed and it has made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep and my comfort. Some reviewers commented that it’s sweet – who cares? This could taste like dirt and I would still take it. (It doesn’t taste like dirt it’s actually kinda nice.)

My favorite magnesium. I switched to a different brand and regretted it. It was a glycinate, but it tore up my stomach, but this one did not. I enjoy drinking this every night with 2 scoops of camu camu powder. It almost tastes like lemonade!
