Wow this works. This stuff is great! I’m sleeping better and I don’t get cramps in my feet anymore at night. I drink it every night before I go to bed and it has made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep and my comfort. Some reviewers commented that it’s sweet – who cares? This could taste like dirt and I would still take it. (It doesn’t taste like dirt it’s actually kinda nice.)

Thorne has always been a company that I can trust that is 3rd party tested for purity and quality.I add a scoop of this to a glass of water every night about an hour before I go to bed and ever since I’ve been sleeping great.
