Estos “pequeñines”, como los otros suenan fenomenal o yo diría que algo mejor (la novedad puede influir), pero la primera impresión es que son diminutos comparados con los anteriores y eso que también tengo los de natación que son casi más pequeños. Se me adaptan aún mejor que los antiguos y para utilizarlos en el despacho conectados sólo al teléfono podría tenerlos las horas que fuera ya que parece que no llevas nada. En la bici, para pasear o correr, puedes escuchar tu música, emisora o podcast favoritos a la perfección pero sin dejar de oír el entorno o mantener una conversación con el que va a tu lado, es sencillamente genial. Los he sustituido por puro capricho por que los antiguos Shokz, aun me siguen funcionando después de miles de kilómetros recorridos con ellos y con la batería durándome aún durante horas, tendrán más de 7 años. Y las novedades además de lo pequeñitos que son, es el puerto de carga magnético y super inteligente ya que no te puedes equivocar de polaridad por que los polos del imán hacen que se coloquen de la forma adecuada, también traen una “goma del pelo”, supongo que para podértelos ajustar mejor. Un detalle Importante es que estuve pensando en comprar los de talla mini que pone 0,83”, que no se que es, por que los antiguos me colgaban mucho por detrás y por ejemplo para correr podían resultar molestos (con la cinta del pelo se soluciona fácil) pero al final como tenía esa solución opte por los de talla normal y son perfectos se me adaptan a la cabeza a la perfección y puedes correr con ellos sin que te cuelguen ni nada. Además, Dios mío, si pesan menos de la mitad que mis gafas, me parece un producto extraordinario. Felicito a la empresa Shokz, por su dedicación y perfeccionamiento del sistema de conducción ósea
Amazing Customer Service, great product, needs a tweek for perfect. I ordered these after trying an off brand on Amazon. The off brand was adequate but had a lot of sound bleed.When I received my first pair of Shokz Open Runs they were AWESOME. extremely light, flexible, comfortable, I could wear all day without a headache, sounded great, and battery lasted ALL DAY!!!These were my go to headset for about two months. One day they bugged out and started triggering my hands free assistant. After charging them overnight, as I usually do, they were unresponsive. The warranty claim was easy to initiate but was overall slower than expected turn around time. About fourish weeks from starting a claim to receiving a new headset. Still, receiving a new headset was a plus.Used my replacement headset for about two weeks and the very same thing happened again.Called the warranty number and talked to a real person in Texas. I explained and he asked me how long I charge the unit for. I responded overnight. He said thats probably why they keep shorting out….What? Its 2023. I havent had to time how long I charge something since I was a child and bought my toys at Radio Shack back in 1980. He told me it takes 2-3 hours to charge completely. Anything more may damage the battery. I asked is there no battery overcharge protection built into a $130 pair of headphones and he said no.Seriously good customer service experience overall but the product itself is lacking in durability. I don’t have the time or brain power to remember to take a pair of headphones off the charger before they get damaged. After going over the included instructions, I can find no mention of charging times, however I do see operating temperatures and environments appropriate to its use. As seen in the photo, it states 32°-113°F. I work outside, in hot muggy Missouri,I sweat, profusely. I guess if you plan on sweating, don’t use these outside in the summer, or winter, and plan your day around babysitting the charging of your headset, these might be the headset for you.I am returning mine for a refund. I hate giving low star rating. However no amount of customer service or usability can out weigh durability and an obvious flaw. I have hafld dozens of BT headsets from $-$$$. All of which have lasted years, charging overnight or longer. Please fix this issue and I would repurchase and give 6 stars if I could.UPDATEAbout two days after i emailed the company for an exchange (the refund window closed at 45 days) i was emailed a return lable. Less than a week after I made the phone call mentioned above, I received a replacement (and then some) in the mail. The product may have an issue but the 100% customers experience really does make up for the inconvenience. Keep innovative and refining your product, keep your A+ customer service, and you will dominate the wireless sound market.

I’ll start by saying if you only want to listen to music, or you don’t really need, or care about the ‘open ear’ feature then these are not for you. You can buy earphones with much better sound for less than half the price. Music just sounds a bit flat.However for me this product really changed everything for me when listening to podcasts/audiobooks (and occasionally a bit of music). I can comfortably wear them all day long without discomfort or the claustrophobic feeling i get after a couple of hours of wearing over ear, or silicone plug type headphones. With the added benefit of having your hearing unaffected, which i really prefer when out and about. I’ve even come to prefer listening to podcasts/audiobooks at home with these rather than my sonos system.Of course they aren’t going to be great in very noisy environments, and they don’t go super loud. At max volume I find they vibrate slightly too which is a bit uncomfortable. Also, in a very quiet room someone sitting next to you will be able to just start to hear them at about half volume.For me these are very minor caveats to what is a game changing product for podcasts/audiobooks.
