Good product very dependable. Good item. I love this item this is my 2nd one I dropped and broke my first one moving 2 weeks ago so had to get another one. I can’t say enough how much I use this either to blend my fruit smoothie or shreed cheese or just blend my tomatoes for sauce. It works great every time and has never given me any issue.
Lightweight, works well enough for small jobs. I don’t like lugging a food processor out from the cupboard when I need it, and I don’t like washing it. This processor is acceptable in those areas (I use a brush to wash it). I burned out the motor after 10 months by loading it up with 1.5 pounds of ground beef — twice the maximum listed amount. It pays to read the instruction booklet, at least to note those limits. I bought a Cuisinart as a replacement.
Processing the Product. I wanted to make falafels and looked around at the best food processors for the job.I really was drawn to this product because of the side scraping, I want a tool to be thoughtfully useful in its utility. In that it does everything I need it to do, it’s also really easy to clean. The blades are incredibly sharp so being slow while cleaning is required or you’ll cut your hands. The only thing I’m not too fond of, is the main stem of the product that spins the blades, it’s attached to the machine and gets dirty easily.Though that’s only a little concern, in my several uses, I highly recommended the product.
Excellent for high power, doesn’t have low setting. This makes my peanut butter in 5 mins!, excellent for pureeing, but doesn’t really have an actual low setting, even in pulse mode, so be weary of that. All in all I’m nonetheless happy with the processor.

Powerful, easy to use and clean. I have gone nearly 20 years without a food processor because my first one was so tedious to use and clean, I gave it away and never replaced it until now.The thing that made me buy this was the spiralizer for the squash in my garden. Honestly, that is just so-so. It doesn’t work as well for anything with seeds so our crook-necks kind of fall apart. You’d probably be better off with a hand crank spiralizer that cores out the seeds, but I hate buying things that have just one function. This spiralizes but just makes it more like long shreds and you have to stop to clean out the seeds if you don’t cut them out before you start. This is the only reason I don’t give it 5 stars.But, that said, it is awesome with everything else! It makes pesto in seconds. I harvested 10 cups of basil and this made a beautiful paste of it within minutes and I didn’t even have to empty the container until I was done. We will use it for hummus, dough, chopping nuts, shredding cheese and slicing. Super easy to put together and take apart and clean. No weird crevices to collect gunk.I am also happy with the quality of the machine because I bought it used-very good. The box was in shambles so I was nervous but the machine was pristine and works great and we saved $15 off the list price.
Easy to use. To be honest, I haven’t tried the spiral blade yet, but I did grate a bunch of cheese and it worked beautifully. This processor has a powerful motor ,no joke. It’s also very easy to clean. I am delighted with this purchase.
It’s a powerhouse. My first one quit working, and I don’t know why? But, they replaced it with no trouble since it was under warranty.The speed is incredible, design is attractive, and it has alot of desirable options. It is a little loud; but who cares? It gets the job done 🙂
Works Great, Great Price. This product is 100% worth it for the price. I’ve been able to puree, shred, and mince my food in a fraction of the time that I used to. The bowl is a good size too. Several food processors come in small bowls where I would have to repeat the blending several times, but with a larger bowl, I only need to do it once. I have found the food processor easy to clean as well. The only thing that would make this product better would be a glass bowl instead of plastic.
Straightforward does the job. I needed a new food processor because I was fed up with KitchenAid’s mini chopper. The cover had this weird handle combo that was needed to fit together perfectly for the appliance to work. It NEVER lined up correctly. So, based on reviews, I bought this one. I have another Hamilton Beach appliance (the indoor smokeless grill) that I’m IN LOVE with so I kinda bought it based on name recognition. I also bought it based on the built in food scraper. With the Kitchen Aid, I had to take the top off to scrape the sides of the bowl further frustrating the attempt to get the lid on correctly for it to work. I love this one by Hamilton Beach. The bowl and lid lock into place, the lid only does one thing – covers it. 4 speeds…pulse, 1, 2 and off. Simple, effective and does what I need it to do without wrestling it. It is a bit loud but not so loud that I wouldn’t use it. Now, I’ve only used it tonight for the first time to puree some roasted peppers but I would definitely recommend this product!
High quality and flexibility. My 1st Hamilton Standard food processor is still working after 15 years, but the plastic is quite worn as I use it several times every single day, and I felt it was time to upgrade. I did look at the HS model with lock in plastic clamps, but i figured they could snap eventually. I never had a problem with lining up the bowl or the tools, but I guess some people do. I am SO pleased with this product, it works wonderfully! They thought of everything- slice, shred, puree, ribbon and spiralizer- they all are flawless. There is even a brush to clean the blades of ribbon and spiralizer! And there are suctions on the bottom, so I don’t have to try to keep it in place. Even my husband was impressed, he tried all the attachments and said I had made a great choice!
Good investment. I bought this hamilton beach food processor for daily use in kitchen,its a versatile product which I can use for chopping wide range of vegetables from tough one like onions,potatoes ,carrots to softer one like tomatoes overall the output wattage of this machine is good.I like the one blade do all concept ,i have used many other food processors in the past which came with different blades for chopping and different set of blades for making dough ,but it was a hassle to store all the blades ,this one feature is really good.I made paav bhaji for which i have to chop variety of vegetables and which takes a very long time doing manually,i was able to do it in under 5 mins using this machine.It very good for dough making the side scrapper is a very unique feature which reduces wastes and afterwards cleaning efforts.I tried to churn buttermilk to make butter which also turned out wellOver all do as it promised, good productOnly downside of this is when you are using the shredding blade you don’t have the choice to adjust thickness of the shredding or slices
Love the Bowl Scraper. The bowl scraper is a function that is hard to find in a lower-priced food processor. I like it because it definitely helps achieve more uniformity in chopping and processing, as it directs what is pushed to the outside, back towards the blade. Liquids aren’t an issue due to the vortex (tornado- like motion) formed by the blade, but solids would otherwise remain on the outer edge of the bowl.The 450-Watt motor seems to provide plenty of power for most uses. More expensive processors may have a larger motor and that may lead to a longer life for those units. A processor at this one’s price range can’t be expected to last ten years if used often, but for non-prifessionals it should be fine.The versatility of chopping, slicing, shredding and pureeing is a plus. An ordinary blender just can’t compete. I also like that it has two speeds and a pulse capability.After a bit of searching, I settled on this processor for the combination of affordability, function, good reviews, name brand, and the bowl scraper.
Food processor. This is the best food processor I have ever bought. Works exactly as it should and the build quality is perfect. Has different speeds and is so easy to use. It’s easy to store and shreds up anything I throw into it. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for one. Can’t beat the price point either.
