  1. Works great for mixing gluten-free/vegan bread doughs. After years of half hearted failed baking attempts, I finally got on the stick due to a health issue and really started experimenting with baking gf/vegan, corn free , low sugar and oil delicacies.I’ve been getting better and better ( thanks to my fabulous friends and husband who have been my long suffering food tasters) and finally after 3 years, I felt I was far enough along in my baking journey to treat myself to a real mixer. This mixer is awesome! It’s super easy to mix my bread doughs and cake batters, my baked goods rise up even better than before and I am absolutely chuffed with the results! It’s nice and compact and doesn’t take up a bunch of space on my counter either.I’m a novice baker who has never used a mixer so obviously I’m no expert when it comes to mixers, but my super difficult to bake goods are turning out beautifully so I have no complaints. The only thing that was slightly off putting was that the dough hook and beater were covered in a super shiny silver paint that did not look the safest. It was flaky and I didn’t want that possibly toxic paint to flake off into my mixes so I actually washed it in the dishwasher although it says not to.I included a pic of the dough hook after it went through the wash. The paint came off leaving them dull but perhaps more sanitary?🤔and when I mixed up a batch of bread, nothing flaked off into my dough.I don’t use this mixer to mix my wet ingredients with my dry ingredients for my cakes but I do use the whisk feature to mix the dry ingredients together.Gf/vegan cakes are very delicate and whisking or beating the wet and dry ingredients together will overwork the batter and leave it denser than it would be if you simply folded the wet ingredients into the dry ones with a spatula.I do use the beater and dough hook for my breads and I mix the wet and dry ingredients together as gf/vegan bread dough is a lot more forgiving and you really have to work it to get all the ingredients fully integrated if you want a light fluffy loaf.I posted a picture of the most recent loaf I made with this mixer so you can see the results. I do also use a special pan to get it that nice, but the texture on the inside is juuust a bit more springy after using the mixer than when I have done a loaf using just my elbow grease to mix it up.I prove my bread doughs twice for a total of an hour and a half to two hours , to compensate for the beating the dough hook gives it.As a novice gluten free, dairy free, practically everything but taste free baker, I found this little gadget to be super helpful and a real timesaver.I’d definitely give this a try if you want to treat yourself without spending a bunch of money!**** UPDATE ****Ok so this mixer is even better than I first wrote.I was even able to FINALLY make aquafaba meringue with this stand mixer!I have tried using elbow grease and a fork, an electric hand mixer, AND a hand whisk and all I’ve ever gotten was a soupy bean juicy mess. This has happened for YEARS 😖Not anymore though!I included pics of my triumph because it is GLORIOUS 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾It’s just 2 cans of white bean juice, a tsp of cream of tartar, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar( I use LAKANTO) and a tsp of vanilla.Start slow, whipping only the juice then whip at the highest setting for those stiff peaks you want to see in a regular merengue and add the rest of the ingredients. In the pictures I have mine stored in a little tub to make s’mores doughnuts later on today, so you can’t see how stiff the peaks are, but trust me, it’s almost exactly like real meringue, you can even torch the top.I had to share just in case any of my fellow vegan adventures have also tried this mythical bean juice merengue and had it fail. This mixer is magic and you can totally make aquafaba meringue with it!😃

  2. Got this for my wife after her old mixer’s motor died. The decision was largely based on the thousands of positive reviews. My wife is a cake decorator/pastry chef and all around baker. So she needs a mixer to make marshmallow fondant, cake and biscuit batter, buttercream, whipped cream, dough, etc. There are two issues with this stand mixer: it is very underpowered (the 660W marks the power draw, not the motor power, in reality it is significantly less). This results in way longer times to mix. The mixer struggles mixing and blending buttercream and the sound and vibration it makes when making fondant is outright scary. This is a very lightweight mixer (only 5.2kg) with a rated load of 1.5kg, but don’t even try the full load when making fondant. The other issue is the distance between the wish attachment and the bottom of the mixing bowl – it is far too big if you need to beat small quantities of say eggwhites (it barely touches 2-3 eggwhites). For the occasional baker this mixer may work relatively well, but for frequent use/heavier worlkoad you might want to look elsewhere (and be ready to pay more). Across the border KitchenAid is much more affordable, but here in Canada is over 2x the price. Will likely be returning this unit and try a different brand, even if it means spending 2x. Sorry Aucma!

  3. Reasonable price, power, over all works just as good as the pricey Kitchen Aid. I am changing toward veggies diet so I need lot and lot of seitan, bread and pasta. That means a lot of kneading. Kneading shows true power of the any mixer. I bought the Halmilton Beach originally but disliked the C kneading hook and small 4 quart bowl. The Aucma does not cost that much more but has 6.5 quarts bowl, high power and S kneading hook.Well since I got this in less than a week I had made many seitan, Chinese noodle which require a lot of kneading and some mixing. Works great except one thing. The kneading hook does not have the round plate near attachment. That means flour travels up there and makes a mess which requires cleaning. My solution is to make a smaller dough and that seems to solve the issue. What more do you need if you only care about kneading, mixing and stirring which this mixer can do easily as good as the more expensive Kitchen Aid? In my case i need to make pasta and Chinese noodles. My solution is to buy the hand crank pasta maker which i did. Nothing beats home made pasta and noodle. So cheap and easy to make with the mixer and the pasta maker!!!!!Everyone wants the Kitchen Aid which is heavy and pricey. Sure it is a standard that other mixers follows. I can buy 3 other mixers for one Kitchen Aid which work just fine for my need and I am a heavy user. The majority of people out there is not heavy user.If you care to show off then buy the Kitchen Aid. If you care about practicality, affordability and sensible this Aucma serves well. Works for me. It is a keeper.Longevity is not an issue because i can buy 3 Aucma for one K.Aid. At the beginning I was struggling to decide but with Amazon great return policy why not try out then find out.My main intention to buy the mixer is that i do not want to knead flour by hand and i know if it works great for kneading then everything else is a piece of cake for the mixer. Kneading puts a lot of stress on the mixer. It requires power, good S kneading hook and quality machine to run. I see those with the Aucma so this works for me.Do not afraid to try different brand because if you don’t try you will never know. I made a right choice NOT to go with K.Aid.

  6. So far so good. Another Update–I made Hawaiian rolls, it called for 4 1/2 cups of flour. I did need to scrape the bowl at the beginning(mixture was very thin and runny, there are a lot of liquids that go into this recipe before adding flour), but after mixing the 3rd and 4th cups of flour into the wet indgredients, dough ended up in a nice ball on the dough hook. Recipe instructed to knead for 10 minutes, I did 5 minutes and turned mixer off for 1 minute, then did the other 5 minutes. It may be able to handle a full 10 minutes, but I don’t want to push it. There was no sign of overheating after the second 5 minutes. I think with every mixer, no matter how much you pay for it, at some point you need to scrape dough from the sides, so I am pretty satisfied overall with this mixer.UPDATE: I made some rosemary bread and I have to say, I am impressed with how well the mixer did with the dough hook. I know some are saying that they had to scrape the sides and bottom of bowl. I did not have to scrape dough, not even once. It picked up from bottom and sides very well. You can see from the photo(white dough), there is nothing left on the bowl, it’s all on the dough hook, that was without using a spatula at all. This was a recipe again with only 2 1/2 cups of flour. I will try a larger batch of cookie or bread dough soon and update on how it does. I mixed dough for about 5- 6 minutes and there was no issue of overheating during that time.Original Review: The first time I used this, I made a simple spritz cookie recipe, it was a pretty thick dough, but only 2 1/2 cups of flour, so not a big batch. At first it wasn’t reaching the sides or the bottom of bowl. I gave it another minute and it did start to catch it all. I added pink gel coloring to the dough and you can see that the dough in bowl is all pink, so it did in fact pick up from the bottom and sides , there was no uncolored dough left in bowl. When I was making the cookie dough, it seemed to be struggling a little on the lower speed, but once I put it up a little higher, it seemed to do ok. The whole thing is a pretty decent weight, heavier than one I previously ordered and returned. In my opinion, it’s not very noisy, my hand mixer is much louder. The suction cups on bottom are very strong, it was a little tough getting them to release from granite countertop the first time I used it. Now I use a thick bamboo placemat under mixer and it works out well(see photo). The bamboo mat keeps it from moving around and I don’t have to deal with the suction cups. I started with a heavier fabric placemat, but that didn’t work, it was moving quite a bit. The two attachments I’ve used so far were easy to lock in place and the bowl is easy to lock and remove. There are a few reasons why I’m not giving it 5 stars at the moment. The lever to lift and lower mixer seems cheaply made and if anything breaks on it, I think this will be the first to go(main concern). The lid takes a little effort getting it on the proper way so that it sits flush with the top of the bowl but the more you use it, the easier it gets. The blinking blue light is annoying, not a big deal, you just have to keep it unplugged when not using it.So far, it works about equal to a friends Kitchen Aid Artisan mixer, I’ve seen her scrape the sides of the bowl plenty of times where the paddle or dough hook did not reach, and she paid a lot more for it. In my opinion, with most mixers, depending on what you are making, it can’t be avoided.

  8. Beautiful Silver Mixer (5/5). I wanted to give a truly detailed experience about the usage of this mixer. I have had this mixer officially for a month now, because I had purchased it on May 21st and now it’s June 21st and I have made dough for cinnamon rolls, two cakes ~ a chocolate & a lemon, plus, a fruit dip with this mixer. So, I have used all three attachments and all 6 speeds. ONE QUICK NOTE & TIP: DO NOT WASH THE ATTACHMENTS IN THE DISHWASHER, instead, wash with super cool water, so, that the paint or the material won’t peel off. BY THE WAY, make sure to dry off the attachments with a paper towel before and after every use. I know, on the website, it says you CAN wash in the dishwasher, but DON’T. I read the manual and it also says not to as well, but anyway… let’s talk about my experience with each baked good:- The Dough: I enjoyed using the dough hook. It was nice and it did whip the dough around like butter, but make sure you have enough flour. I will admit, you do have to stop and wipe down the sides, in order, to incorporate all of the flour.- The Cakes: The paddle was nice, but I have to tell the truth & give a thorough review, the mixer paddle never really whips the bottom at all. You have to stop and make sure that the bottom ingredients are being incorporated. You have to OR you will be stuck with lumpy or unmixed batter. So, for example, if you are creaming butter and sugar, before you add your eggs, stop the mixer and using a rubber spatula, fold the butter mixture and you scrape the bottom and the sides with that same rubber spatula, then place the head of the mixer back down and proceed with your recipe. I have to say, also, make sure to slowly add in your flour mixture, please, don’t just dump all of the flour in the mixer or you will have lumpy and unmixed batter as well. The Fruit Dip: I used the whisk attachment and I will admit the speed of 5 and 6 was consistent and it truly did do a great job, however, you have to scrape the bottom and the sides of the bowl or you will be left with lumpy dip with traces of unmixed ingredients.Overall, I enjoy the stand mixer, however, the attachments don’t really get the bottom or cover the circumference of the bowl well, but I enjoy the quiet nature and the sleek design. The mixer is gorgeous to look at and it is a workhorse. I have done it all and I am ready to bake even more bake goods with this mixer.Overall, 5/5!

  9. Many people did not set the bowl right. There are three position to lock the bowl, two of them makes one of the bowl handles too close to the machine, may damage the machine body while working(shakes). Looking at the review pictures, at least half of them are in these wrong positions. Only one lock position will get the bowl handles nicely on the side, not close to the machine body. Please try lock the bowl among the three different lock position and find out the good one.Overall very good value for the price, the whisks are nicely close to the bowl bottom and side, making it very efficient to mix. And the suction base is very useful to keep it from running while working. A mixer does not have to be heavy!I do wish it offers more interesting color…and wish it be able to hook on the attachment for other functions like grinder, pasta maker available on the market now.

Is this exquisite or what. I own a Bosch mixer. All “True” bakers know they need a Bosch to be serious about bread making! But, they are so darn ugly. I wanted a mixer that could do 90% of everything I need to mix up, while sitting gorgeously on my counter. This is it!!! This gets almost perfect reviews and then a joker will come on and say that his wife is a professional baker, makes 100 loaves a week, and fondant, and 50 cakes. If you are doing that, then this machine is not for you. But if you want to whip cream in an instant and have your kitchen look like a magazine for cozy, darling kitchens, this is for you. Also, I whip my potatoes in my Bosch. I probably still will. It’s gorgeous!

  11. Very Happy With It So Far. My previous mixer was that big name that everyone knows.Unfortunately it just wasn’t a good time to spend $400 on a new mixer so I bought this after reading all the reviews several times. So far I’m pleasantly surprised! My thoughts after using it about once-per-week for 3 months.PROS:Cost: Obviously much cheaper than “the big name in mixers”.Weight: It’s very light weight but the suction cups hold it in place even on the highest settings.Noise: As quiet as you can expect a mixer to beEffective: Seems to get right to the edge of the bowl for the most part.Cleaning: Not many crevices so cleaning is quick and easy, I do HAND WASH the mixing attachments though. The bowl I just toss in the dish washer.UNDECIDED:Durability: So far it seems to be holding up great, but the speed-dial and release mechanism do feel a little “light duty” to me. That said, I tend to be a little gently when raising the mixing head.OVERALL:Overall very happy with it. So far it’s been a good cost-effective alternative to “the big name in mixers” and far better than the garbage that Target sells in their appliance line. This seems to be one of the best (if not ONLY) option for a mid-range mixer that I was able to find easily.

  14. Excelente producto bestoy muy contenta puedo batir un kilo de harina perfectamente

  15. KitchenAid No More. Don’t think twice about ordering this at a fraction of the cost of the “other” name brand. Just passed the 2 year mark with this mixer and it’s still going strong, mixing heavy wheat doughs a few times per week.A few awesome features are the 4 suction cup “feet” that keep the mixer in tact on your counter…. AND, at 10 pounds, it’s easily picked up and stored away ( versus the 39 pounds of my old KA )Hit the “Buy-Now….. you won’t be disappointed!

  16. Great mixer for the value. The media could not be loaded.  Ok, ok…it’s not a kitchen-aid. We can clearly tell that.I own and operate a small catering company with a heavy focus on cakes and pastries. My industrial kitchen-aid took a crap on me a few weeks back and mama doesn’t have new kitchen-aid money right now. I’ve been using my electric hand mixer and it has been the worst! My carpal tunnel hates me…or did.I was super skeptical about buying this because it was so cheap. Well folks, this little guy may be the best kept secret for cheap mixers out there!Alright, pros and cons:Pro:-super cheap and was delivered quickly and flawlessly-the tilting head is a nice feature-the splash guard that attaches to the head is awesome-the bowl is huge and light weight-the mixer is super light weight-the suction cups on the bottom stuck and hung on to my counter like I hung onto 20’s-not any noisier than my kitchen-aidCons:-while the bowl is huge a double batch of American buttercream will be a max out for the mixer. Since the head tilts so low and down into the bowl there’s about 2-3 inches of unused bowl space. You don’t get full use of the bowl.-the mixer itself is plastic and that worries me…we shall see how it holds up in the long run-the attachments seems tiny and a little flimsy but only time will tell how they hold up.All in all it’s a great deal for the price. I immediately put it to work with 5 double batches of buttercream and 6 cake batters. It performed well!Buy it and keep it as a back up, I’m telling you now. It is worth it!

18. Powerful. I just got it and have not used it yet, however, it is beautiful, well made. I attachef the wisk attachment and turned it on. It is very powerful and the attachment almost hit the bottom of the bowl. I have problems with my hand and I am delighted to say that the bowl and the attachments are so very easy to attach and remove. I love it.

Works great. I’ve used it to bake every other day. Great easy to use lightweight food mixer. I make bread at least 3 times per week usually 4. The mixer has no trouble with the dough. For me this was a great buy. I only wish it came with one extra bowl so I could do more whilst my dough is in the rise phase. I’m just being lazy though as it’s easy transferred to another bowl. 5 stars.

  20. Works really well. So I just got this mixer. I got the baby blue. It’s a really good mixer. Has a strong mixer and motor, I have used kitchen aid mixers in cooking class in high school. I noticed that many of the reviews of this mixed were about the noise being too loud.I guess let me present you with a different perspective. This mixer is between $130-170 (mine was $130). Comes with the same 3 METAL attachments same as a kitchen aid mixer, has more power (kitchen aid watts: 250-575 watts), and has a larger bowl size than the #1 best selling kitchen aid mixer (ie that most purchased kitchen aid mixer), and come with a stainless steels bowl like the kitchen aid mixers, more compact, and is lighter weight than a kitchen aid still sturdy but just lighter.I would agree that it is louder than a kitchen aid near it max speed. It’s had less levels of mixing, kitchen aid 10 variable speeds this has 6.As you can see I was feeling pressured to by a kitchen aid mixer because it’s the quintessential mixer that our grandmas and moms used, but with the very few negatives I pointed out I paid $130 and the kitchen aid with a comparable bowl size is $449, the noise level and lack of speed levels isn’t worth paying an additional $339. I feel like that insane price is mostly marketing and “brand name”. In my opinion don’t fall for it. I feel like I got my money’s worth. Im very happy with it.

  21. It’s Awesome. This mixer is so great, it’s super easy to use, no nonsense dials. It’s easy to put on and take off attachments. I’m older and I don’t like confusing machines. It ha amazing suction cups, it stays put. The power is wonderful. I put it to the test the day I got it. I made bread, the thing mixed up the dough with the paddle with a breeze…nice strong paddle, won’t be breaking like others. Looks good, I love it and would recommend it for sure. Love it….

  22. Surprisingly Good. This is really a great mixer, especially for beginners – good power, price, and performance. My usage is limited to mixing bread dough – used level 4 on the dial without issues, dough hook and mixing bowl super easy to clean. Suction cups are really good and needed for this type of mixer – vibrations are no different than those of similar power from other brands (watched a few online videos to validate).

  24. Amazing stand mixer for good price. I absolutely love the colors and the functions on this! It has suction cups on the bottom of the mixer so it can stay put on the counter. It’s extremely easy to use and clean and has 3 attachments. The bowl can lock in place and has a splash guard cover that can be removed to clean. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a home mixer

  25. Works great. So far I love this stand mixer, and for a fraction of the price of most, it works just as great. So far I’ve been using it to make sourdough sandwich bread, and have only used the dough hook, but they were fabulously. I haven’t had to scrape the sides, and the 660watt motor is definitely up to snuff for thicker doughs. I’m able to store it on top of my fridge too so it doesn’t take up counter or cabinet space. I love the light blue color too. The only minor complaint I have, the little suctions on the bottom don’t work super great. When it was fresh out of the box, it stuck super well, but I’ve moved it multiple times, and each time, it doesn’t work. When I go to unlock the big metal bowl, the suctions don’t work well enough for the stand mixer to keep still. I have to like leverage it so it doesn’t move. Anyway, that’s not that big of a deal, especially compared to the pros.
