Happy cat. I look for and purchase food that is grain free and as simple as possible for my cat. Since I started feeding her grain free food she is more active and her coat is shinny. Before she had itchy, dry skin and her fur did not feel as nice as it does now.It is not always easy to find cat food in our local stores, especially grain free cat food. I feed her a total of 1/2 cup of dry food along with wet grain free food. I purchase both chicken and fish flavors to give her a variety of flavors.I like that it is made in the USA. It is pricier than other brands, but you pay for what you get. I try to purchase the larger size bags which are cheaper per ounce and then I store the food in Tupperware containers to keep it fresh.If I am late feeding her she will run back and forth between me and her bowl, complaining loudly until I give her her “crunchies” to eat. She likes to go back and forth between her wet and dry food eating some of each before she switches to the other. When this food was introduced she took to it right away.
Cat loves this food. I love that it has good ingredients and my cat loves it. This is the only food I feed her and she is very happy with it. Purina and science diet came recommended to me by the vet and the purina had much better value for your money. She was having liquid-y poops before this food and ever since switching to this they are more firm and she is not having any more stomach or digestive issues.
Finally a food they Love. We have 3 cats , 2 are new rescues; our older girl will be 15 nxt year; all three love this food; Ive been on a mission to find a grain free food that they will eat, since researching and trying to educate myself on what cats need ; This food has been a God send ; those of you on the same journey know where I’m coming from, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on every food on the the top rated lists , Orijen, Acana, stella and chewys, nulo, Dr Elsey, to name some, they are awsesome food but how do you make a cat eat it?? well until i learn how to do that ; In comes purina Beyond and our babies love every flavor and go crazy over it; They seem to be doing well and even our older girl has less hairballs, Finally a food they love and is Good for them, I highly recommend…….
My cat will eat it. I feed my cat canned cat food the majority of the time, but when he insists he hasn’t been fed for a week, I will give him a bit of this. He’s very picky, but he likes this well enough to eat it. I think it’s healthy enough that I’m willing to feed it to him, so it’s a win for us both.
Best food so far. When Felix had a severe allergic reaction to his food I had to find a better recipe for him. I researched the ingredients of many top named brands and came away very angry and disappointed. They claimed to be healthy recipes and were actually worse than what I was already feeding him. Please do your research on your pets food ingredients. You do it for yourself and your family, extend that caring to your fur babies too. This food actually saved Felix’s life. This is my second time buying it.I bought both the chicken and fish formulas. While he enjoyed both, he seems to prefer the chicken recipe, so I ordered 2 more bags. I allow Felix to self feed, and he gets full on much less of this food. The litterbox isn’t as toxic anymore as his body seems to be accepting this new food too. I very highly recommend this product to anyone who has a cat that is older or has a sensitive belly. Do your research first and foremost. You will be very pleased with the ingredient list, then let your baby try it. I’d be very surprised if they didn’t like it Felix is a food snob and yet he loves this. I can’t say enough good things about it.
Seems tasty. A friend brought over her open bag of this food for some outside kitties. But I let mine taste it. They really liked it so we switched. I had purchased an expensive grain free food that was $35 for 3# and they wouldn’t eat it.The ingredients seem to be better than many other store carried pet foods. I like that Chicken is the first ingredient, not corn. I will never feed any cat (mine or feral) a food that lists corn as a first ingredient.I used to work for a pet food company and I know any “by-products” are not good ingredients. This also lists “chicken meal” which means it is actual chicken. Not “poultry meal” which can be any part of a bird, including non edible parts. I also like that it does not smell like clay or a manufactured smell.I am happy with the overall health of my girls. Their coats are very soft and shinny, they are happy eating this formula and seem to be digesting most of it. By that I mean they have smaller stool. If your pet has a large stool the. They are not digesting the food and nutrients well, it is just going thru them. The result is more clean up for you, less value for your money and your pet is not getting the nutrients they need.
Larger size bag. It’s nice to be able to buy a larger size bag which doesn’t seem to be available in stores near us. Lasts longer!
Natural IngredIents. This is one of the two brands of kibble we feed our cats. Our finicky cats enjoy this brand and chicken/egg flavor. I like this brand because of its natural ingredients.
Not bad. I don’t like giving my critters processed kibble so I feed raw chicken to my cat. Sometimes he’s happy with just that, but he likes to “graze” throughout the day so I have this out for him.
It’s hard to find this product possibly because it’s really good. First of all, it’s grain free. You never see cats stalking corn fields. They don’t have the enzymes to digest grains. Second, the size of the morsels is better than the hard, tiny bits a lot of dry cat foods offer. For cats who have had sepsis and had teeth removed, or those with dental problems, this product is easier to chew. It also tastes good.
