met the expectations. I bought this to brush my pug. I’ve tried a few different brushes, but none would get the undercoat, the almost powdery, wispy hair that is so hard to remove. This brush catches some of it. I am still gentle when using it, the teeth look quite menacing, but my pug seems to tolerate it. I am trying to brush her a few times a week, especially in the warm weather when she shed like crazy. I don’t know if it’s the best tool out there but it’s the best I’ve ever had!
Easy to use/ Works great. I love the way it feels in my hand. Easy to operate. Not too long, not too short. Sturdy construction that looks tight and resilient. Works wonderful on my cats, both long hairs and my short hairs. I tried it on my little dog (Yorky/Dashound mix) who has 2 inch long hairs, and when I went to operate it to have it push the hairs out, at first there was a little resistance. But that is because dog hair is coarser than cat hair. Cat hair pushes out easy Peezy. I would highly recommend this brush for cats.Pay no intention to the negative reviews because one lady apparently took her brush apart and broke it. I do not see how it’s designed to be taken apart at all.This is a great brush for cats. They feel like they’re being petted. My cats all liked it and they all have different personalities.I have one cat who just has thick hair and pulling the hair out of my old brush with sharp bristles was painful to my fingers. I LOVE THIS BRUSH with soft knobs that will not irritate your cat’s skin and the hair just pushes right out when you manipulate the button.If you’re looking for a good brush for your cats, I highly recommend this brush!

I Recommend for Pomeranian Owners. I highly recommend this brush, it works perfectly for my Pomeranian with her undercoat and fur. If you have a Pom or a fur baby with an undercoat, then you know the nightmare that can entail sometimes with their undercoat. This brush in addition to another brush I use works well! I highly recommend and wish I had found this sooner.
