I feel nothing. Idk if these are doing what they are supposed to. Not sure if I’m supposed to feel different taking this. Showed to my doctor and she said this was excellent. I have had severe gut health issues since having Covid-19 in 2021 & 2022. I take this and L glutamine and my stomach issues are getting better.

Tengo 2 semanas tomándolos , al principio creí que sería como las purgas que met manda al baño el líquido,, pero esto trabaja normal sin temor de una emergencia al baño; pero cuando vas evacuar el olor el putrefacto porque está limpiando al material que está pegado por mucho tiempo en el colon ,, muy buenas las recomiendo,, de hecho le di 1 frasco alguien que no lo creí y está contento los resultados.
they are decent. i have tried A LOT of different enzymes and things to aid in digestion… these were the best of all the similar ones, and am currently trying thorne for something different and i think for me the thorne works better. i have some bad gut issues, so honestly, nothing truly works for me, but these are decent and do help a bit.
Everyone over 40 should take this with every meal. Great to take when eating beans and foods that make you fart. Must take when eating meat.
