Don’t go through affirm. To start off this camera is absolutely beautiful and came in perfect condition. However, DO NOT GOT THROUGH AFFIRM! I bought this camera through affirm as I wanted to save a bit of money for a big trip. I was approved instantly. Then 12 hours later Amazon decided to charge me $860 and would not help me. They tried blaming affirm, but I never gave Amazon permission to take almost $900 from my account. And don’t forget $860 plus the loan from affirm, basically 2 payments for the 1 camera I ordered. When I contacted affirm they informed me that the merchant had cancelled my loan, but Amazon told me they didn’t have the power to do that. I never got an answer and Amazon never tried to help me resolve this issue. This is not on affirm but on Amazon for not reaching out to their customer and asking for approval to cancel a loan that was approved and take money out of my account.
Love. This. Camera. I use this camera for everything; work, vlogging, pictures, streaming, recording … and it’s amazing for all of them. I knew I wanted something that was going to last and do the job RIGHT, especially if I was streaming and everything. I took this on my vacation for pictures and videos and use it for work meetings and it truly is great. I would HIGHLY recommend this camera!

Huge bang for the buck for photo and video. There may be better cameras out there but if you don’t want to spend brigand or six grand or eight grand on a super high end full frame camera body and you’re okay with getting a crap since your body which I almost prefer to tell you the truth can I have always really liked the crop sensors, they’re cheaper, the image quality is just as good if you know how to use a camera properly or we should say almost as good, this particular camera has probably the easiest menu I’ve ever been to I mean it seems like it’s really watered down compared to the switches and dials and buttons on other cameras I’ve had in the past, I like where’s all the stuff at when I got this I’m like oh no this is bad but after finally with the menus and stuff I’m like oh wow wait a second this is not bad this is actually kind of nice they streamlined all the junk he really don’t need to have on a camera and I like this designBut I use this for my YouTube channel so I’m usually recording with this thing in the 4K for several hours per day, I hook it to a capture card with a USB cable and put it in 4k mode and I use OBS studio as my screen recorder and I’ll tell you what I really like the camera it does great, I also have a Sony zv1 and this is definitely better but either one is super nice, I’d be happy recording on either one but this is definitely nicer overall if you get a good lens on it

Right out of the box, you will get good image quality whether you pair it with the kit lens or any other quality lens. I have used this camera with Sony apsc lenses such as the 11mm 1.8, and the 15mm 1.4 as well as various Sony full frame lenses. Each lens rendered amazing image quality with fast reliable autofocus with the ZV-E10. There are third party lenses that work well with this camera but I have found that the autofocus was not as fast and reliable as the first party lenses.By using the picture profiles, such as S-log and HLG you can get amazing color along with astonishing image quality that you would expect from something costing 3x more. The 4K is sharp and clean. The files produced by this camera are easy to edit and are not overly taxing on your machine of choice. I have edited these files on my desktop PC and on my MacBook Pro and neither of them struggled with the files.The body of the ZV-E10 is very lightweight and fairly simple to learn the button layout. There is a zoom rocker switch that will control your PZ lenses or clear image zoom. The clear image zoom works well for those non-PZ lenses, and somehow manages to maintain optimal image quality while zooming in at up to 1.5X. Even though this camera is aimed towards vloggers, it is still capable of taking some great photos. I owned the ZV-1F for about 9 months before upgrading and it was the perfect camera for a beginner getting into photography and videography. As time went on, I knew that I needed to get a better camera to grow my skills and when the ZV-E10 went on sale for black Friday, I couldn’t pass up the deal since that camera was on my wishlist!At this point, I’ve owned the ZV-E10 for about a week now, and the camera is perfect! The 16-50mm kit lens is amazing for what it is and the photos/videos that are taken with it come out looking very beautiful and cinematic. Since I am still a beginner at this camera setting, I just set everything to automatic, which still does a great job! The photos and videos are still amazing and I can’t over the fact that the AF and bokeh look so good in the photos/videos (the AF is also pretty fast)! The microphone captures good audio and it does a great job for what it is – even for vlogging. However, I would say to invest in a good microphone if you’re looking for something that will capture the fullness of your voice.Some things that I don’t like about the camera are the batteries and the touchscreen functionality. The battery drains pretty fast if you have the camera up and running. You will DEFINITELY need extra batteries for this but Amazon has some good bundle deals for this! As for the touchscreen functionality, there is ONLY touch to track or touch to focus, no other functions than that. As I mentioned, I came from the ZV-1F, where the whole screen has touchscreen functionality. This is a cutie patootie! Highly rated among the major YouTube reviewers. I found this camera after reviewing hundreds of videos on YouTube. It’s easy to use and is a great point and shoot camera. But it also can record in 4k video. The difference between this and a quote point and shoot camera it’s mainly you can add the versatility of a true pro camera but changing lenses out. With the addition of third-party adapters you can use many of the Cannon extension lens collections on this zve10. That alone you could save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars over the lifetime of this camera. This is really a great starter camera that gives you the ability to grow as big as you want because this will always be a great number two camera when you make the big time! I want to thank Think media on YouTube for their extensive private reviews, videos on using this camera, setting up a studio, understanding the camera etc.

Amazing camera. This a really good camera for beginners, it’s very simple to use and has a ton of preset options that you can change around to get the photo you want. The only downside is the battery life so I’d suggest getting a couple extras if you want to use it more than a couple hours. Besides it is a really good and easy to use camera!

Primeiro ponto para os desavisados como eu rsrs: essa câmera vende separado da lente. Não fazia ideia que funcionava dessa forma. Levei um susto quando ela chegou e eu não conseguia tirar nenhuma foto (pois estava sem a lente). Mas logo meu problema foi resolvido, pois entrei em contato com o fornecedor e consegui comprar a lente, que chegou super rápido. A câmera é maravilhosa, estou amei muito o resultado das fotos com ela. Nunca tive outra, então não tenho base de comparação, mas a imagem dela é realmente muito muito boa. Fiquei muito satisfeita com o resultado das fotos e fiquei super feliz com a compra. Ainda tenho um pouco de dificuldade para focar em alguns momentos mas isso é mais uma dificuldade minha do que da câmera rsrs. Ela é um pouco maior do que eu imaginava mas ainda assim cabe na bolsa de mão. Amei a compra.

Perfect. I needed this sooo bad. I love this thing. I make music content and this is a great beginner lens. Although, it does take a bit of learning. But easy to get the hang of. I just went to YouTube to look for the right settings for what I needed and it was perfect. You’ll definitely need to upgrade from the kit lens tho
Great for use as webcam with cheap f1.4 lens. Using as a webcam with a 23mm f1.4 lens behind a prompter with an Elgato Cam Link 4k. Easy to set up, and reliable for that use. Pulled it off the prompter to take some portraits and ended up liking them better than the shots taken with my A7C/24-105G combo. It’s a nice camera overall.
High end quality camera. Camera of my dreams. Use this mostly for special occasions but everything came as described. Qualify and battery life are just as described in details the only thing to note is that the lens you must buy separately!
The best vlogger camera. First off as a YouTuber I want to say this camera has been on my radar lol. I wanted to upgrade my content and this camera helped me do just that. The lens gives you a wide angle view of everything and the still life photography is chefs kiss. So in my personal opinion it’s 10/10

Versatility.Because of the physical shutter, the zve10 here is a great hybrid shooter. Capturing great video, and amazing picture.Sure the mk2 has 10 bit color, but this mk1 is cheaper and more flexible.So depending on your specific needs both are great options.Pair this with a prime lens like the viltrox 23mm for talking head videos, or even a zoom like the 17-70 from tamron for great run and gun photography. This camera covers everything.Its a great place to begin a photo and/or video journey, that will help you learn everything from the basics, up to the advanced. And if you decide to upgrade to say an a7IV, or fx30, then you can always use this as a b cam, or a portable street shooter.I have used every feature so far, the slo mode is great, albeit a little limited, the continuous shooting is perfect, webcam streaming mode is easy to use and looks great, and of course recording content for youtube and instagram is a breeze.I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get started, but don’t want to overspend. Grab this and a viltrox lens and your good to go.The packaged 16-50 lens is also very capable, don’t let others fool you. Sure its limited apurture makes its low light performance suffer, but in well let areas or during the day, it captures great footage.

It’s a great video camera, it’s a decent photo camera (I don’t like the lack of viewfinder for faster subjects). The size and weight are nice and compact, although I’d recommend a grip for it. Color accuracy and auto focus are good. No real complaints. With a good set of glass, this should get you moving in a serious way.
