Shoes. I’ve been using the Skechers Men’s Cankton Steel Toe Construction Shoe for a while now, and it’s a decent option for a steel-toe work shoe. The steel toe provides the necessary protection for my feet, and the construction seems durable overall. However, I’ve noticed that the sizing can be a bit inconsistent, so it’s crucial to try them on before purchasing. Additionally, while they’re comfortable for short periods, I find that they can become less comfortable during long hours on my feet. Overall, they serve their purpose as safety shoes, but there’s room for improvement in terms of comfort and sizing consistency.
Concrete Relief. If you work on your feet and safety toe shoes are required, give these a chance. I work in a manufacturing facility and do moderate walking throughout my shift and can say I really like these shoes.I have tried several different brands over the years and these might be the most comfortable safety shoes I have ever owned.Several other employees had previously purchased Skechers and I would ask how they liked them. Every time I would hear a positive response. There is a broad range in size and weight from those asked.The price is extremely good for what you are getting.I did not have to go up or down from my normal size.
Just bought a second pair. A full year later, I just bought another pair of these steel toe work shoes. These held up way better than most of your name brand work boots. Doing 12hrs shifts out in all weather. Rain and shine, night and day. If I was to put a dab of glue on the bottom and replace the insoles. These shoes would be good for another year I’d bet. I still might do that just to keep these as my backups.Only con is the price difference in the shoe colors. Full black version is about $60The brown/tan version is about $100
A decent work shoe. Was looking for something light and rugged, they are definitely rugged, but run on the heavy side.I usually wear a 10.5, I purchased the 10.5, they do not fit properly. I wish I purchased the 10.0 instead because my feet are constantly slipping inside the shoe.
Quality at a good price. The shoes were Skechers, so I knew quality shouldn’t be an issue. I never bought Skechers in a steel toe shoe and was pleasantly surprised with the comfort and the fact that they fit! I ordered the same size as my Skechers archfits and all was 👍. Very pleased with this purchase
