Fixed my sleep AND my PMDD. I’ve had on and off sleep issues for 6 years since I became a mom. I’ve had mood issues up the wahzoo. The week before my period, sometimes up to 2 weeks before it, I was non functional. The fatigue and not just brain fog– FULL BODY FOG, was insane.I took this Zinc and fell asleep instantly and have every night since then, it’s been over 2 months. Last week it took me 10 whole minutes and that’s the “worst” its been in over 2 months.😂2 weeks after I started this supplement, i felt good enough to quit coffee, which has been suggested for my mood and PMDD. I could never imagine doing that before, since I was always so tired. But the zinc left me feeling truly rested when i woke up, for the first time in years!!! So i tried green tea/matcha that morning since Ive read study after study on how many amazing compounds are in green tea for many health issues.Well guess what. I’ve been without coffee for almost 2 months lol. Just don’t need it! I wake up painlessly compared to how i used to feel waking up and now simply drink 3 servings of matcha/green tea with grass fed milk and soymilk mixed in one giant mug with some local honey and I’m good for the day.My point is…. Zinc fixed my sleep. When i fixed my sleep, it snowballed into other improvements I was able to make because I feel so much better, rested, calm, centered, so I felt like I could adapt to big changes.Hard to say if the Zinc alone abated my PMDD or if the zinc was just the springboard for adding on the tea (which helps balance hormones —look up green tea and estrogen metabolism) but either way, I’m BEYOND GRATEFUL. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Good product, bad delivery day. Haven’t used the product, but I have used it in the past, and it works for me. I would have given it a 5 star rating, but it wasn’t delivered to my house. It was delivered to a neighbor, who brought it to me. Things like this happen, and I received the product, so I am happy!
