It actually works. The only iron that made me feel better. I tried 3 kinds, this is the only one that’s worked
Great iron recommend by my midwife. I’m super anemic and my midwife said this is the great natural iron supplement. But she said not to take it with milk or tea.

Well tolerated iron. Made a difference in my iron labs quickly, while some stomach upset was noticed, it was minimal compared to prescribed ferrous sulfate.

Seems to absorb well. My ferritin was 11 (should be 80…..) so my ND prescribed this. I haven’t had my retest yet but in the interim I definitely feel less fatigue, I’m sleeping better (I didn’t know low blood iron affected sleep), and I’ve had no problem with absorption or any gastric issues.

Good quality. My functional medicine doctor recommends this brand. Not too big and easy to swallow. Not sure how well they will work since so have only been taking them a month since diagnosed with low Ferritin. I can say I was not feeling as tired after a week.
GREAT FORMULA. I’m taking these and they don’t upset my GI system or cause distress, yet they are a good strong formula.I’m hoping after a few weeks my red blood cells will increase. I’m happy with this purchase and price!

So far it is working. In one month my Ferritin level went up 3 points
THORNE Ferrasorb – 36 mg Iron with Essential Nutrients. After taking 1 pill a day for about 2 months, my iron levels were back in the normal range at my 3-month checkup. My doctor was pleased so I plan to continue taking these, maybe forever. It is true when you get old (82), your body doesn’t absorb nutrients as well as when you were young. Some people may need 2 or even 3 pills a day, but 1 pill a day was enough for me.
Great for the price to help with your iron/ferratin levels. These capsules have been helping me build back my ferritin levels after having my last baby. It tastes like iron when you put it into your mouth, so I know it’s potent haha. I just wish that it was paired with Vit C so that it would be absorbed easier!Also, it doesn’t say this on there, but do NOT take it around the same time you take any calcium rich foods or supplements! Your body won’t absorb these capsules if you take it with calcium (i.e. milk, cheese, etc). Just an FYI!
Overall great! No GI issues. Taking this on an empty stomach with no GI issues to report. Overall great product that includes all major vitamin products I needed based on recent blood tests (iron and methylated b vitamins). Highly recommend if other iron containing multivitamins have causes constipation or other GI issues.
Helped my restless legs. I like this brand. It’s easy on my stomach and has good, clean ingredients. Been taking this for a while and it definitely helped with my restless legs at night. Happy with this!
Easy to swallow and works. I’ve been taking the Thorne for 2 months after my hematologist said my platelets were high. Went to see the doctor back a week ago and now they are going down. Has no taste, easy to swallow and it doesn’t make you constipated. Good price.
Nutritious and is actually helping. Love these. There’s no taste or smell like other iron supplements I’ve tried, and the pills are on the smaller side so they’re easier to swallow for anyone who experiences difficulty with that. I have been taking them for a while and I swear my nails are shinier and my metabolism is better.
