Best v3 and k2 on the market. I feel amazing taking this. I was recommend to take extra because my vitamin d is low. I take ten drops a day (this is not the directions on the bottle but specific to me) and it’s super easy. I put them in my water every morning and feel great.
Difficult to use. Had to use a different item to acces the product.
Has weird taste. If you’re sensitive/particular to taste, this may not be it. I put two drops in a 18oz water bottle but there is a weird chemical taste. It’s most likely ok if you add it in something other than water but I don’t want to add it in soda or juice.
Incredible Results. I have been vitamin D deficient for a very long time and always forgot to take my vitamin D supplements, but this product makes it easy and I put a few drops in my water each morning and have started feeling significantly better over the past month. There is no taste to the liquid which is the best part!
Difficult to get out of the bottle. I try to get a drop onto the back of my hand and just lick it off. But its really hard to get out of the bottle. Otherwise its fine, I have no idea what its supposed to do that I would notice, but it has NO taste.
Game changing supplement, LOVE the Dispenser, use at 90 degree angle, not 45. Background: 49 year old perimenopausal woman.If every single supplement could be manufactured this way, it would be the greatest day ever.Regarding the dispenser which many have criticized: Follow the video in the description, not the photo. Hold the bottle directly upside down, not the 45 degree angle. I have two bottles (one at work, one at home), they both work with zero issues.What I love about this product:The dispenser. Some have suggested a dropper, but the dispenser is so easy, a dropper would just complicate it, imo. ALSO: A dropper would pose the risk of the bottle being knocked over and losing all that vitamin D you just spent your money on…Having the ability to control dosage thanks to the dispenser and liquid form (I take less than prescribed doses of nearly all supplements because I am a lightweight). I take 2 drops once daily.Ease of taking because it is in liquid form (I hate pills, gummies are a good alternative but always have sugar). Because of this I take it consistently every single day. I actually look forward to taking it.Small bottle that is easy to take with me on trips (including as a carry-on on planes).The amount of doses in one bottle will last a very long time.Most importantly: I feel better. More energy, more balanced both physically and mentally (I have had D deficiency for a few years now thanks to my age/hormonal changes).Taste: I don’t taste anything, so there is nothing to complain about. I take with spoonful of yogurt orpeanut butter or anything with fat at breakfast time.In every way this is the best supplement I have ever found. As long as the liquid form and dispensing of it never changes, I plan to take this for the rest of my life.
Great quality. Wonderful quality along with a perfect dose of vitamin D and k2. Flavorless and easy to add to drink or food. We use year round for intense athletes. Also great for cold and flu season to keel immune system built up.
Good but hate dispenser. I’ve noticed a difference in energy and mood when I take this, but the dispenser is very annoying. I’ve used dispensers like this before that drip easily and work. This one does not. I have to turn it upside down and do 2 quick forceful jerks into a small cup of water to get it out and hope that 2 drops come out instead of 1. I don’t think I’ll be reordering for this reason.
Easy to use. I decided to try liquid and chewable vitamins. Love using the liquid vitamin D. It’s easy to use and doesn’t have any taste.

Great product. Perfect option for this Thorne fan! Was looking for a D3/K2 product. Actually tired of tablets, capsules, etc. The drops are perfect in my first cup of joe each morning. I find the measured drops simple, user friendly, as long as you can give it a few seconds. I’m in the healthcare field, sometimes you have to wait for a product the is designed to measure drops. No biggie. For those who don’t have/find/make time to wait for drops to naturally come out of the bottle, get your impatient self a pill or two!
Great supplement. Short version:No side effects, blood work showed optimal vitamin d levels when previously deficient after taking three drops a day.Long version:Before I started taking this supplement, my blood work showed that I was extremely deficient in vitamin D. Other brands of pills made me nauseous and gave me very bad headaches. I’m also diabetic so all the sugar free gummies I tried upset my stomach. I took these as a Hail Mary and started with one drop a day for a week. I proceeded to two drops, and now I take three drops a day. I’m very consistent and take them every day with a meal and my other prescription pills. My blood work now shows optimal levels, and I’m nowhere near overdose or high levels. I will continue to monitor but so far I’m just sitting in a good range. I was worried because the drops are so small and taste like nothing, that nothing was really happening internally, I also wasn’t experiencing any negative side effects and it seemed too good to be true, but bloodwork proves they’re working wonderfully. I feel less tired throughout the day and my dark circles around my eyes seemed to have lightened a little bit.
Love product but needs a dropper. Please fix the dropper. It’s pretty painstaking if you’re trying to get the higher dose.
Absolutely Amazing Vitamin D supplement. Vitamin D is the one the vitamins that MOST humans , especially in the western hemisphere, are deficient in. I think something like 80% of Americans are Vitamin D deficient.This supplement is great for a bunch of reasons.1) TONS of doses in one tiny bottle. 600+ doses in a bottle smaller than pocket-sized hand sanitizer.2) EXTREMELY affordable – considering you get 600 doses.3) The delivery mechanism is WONDERFUL. I was worried because some reviews said the drops didn’t come out easily. They must have had a defective bottle, or weren’t turning the bottle completely upside down. It works perfectly.Make sure you turn the bottle COMPLETELY upside down. Then let 1-2 drops come out. The liquid is tasteless, odorless – so you can put it whatever you want.Protip: Vitamin D is fat soluble, unlike Vitamin C…..so you can just a larger dose a few times a week…..or you can take it daily, since it builds up!This is great because I give my elderly mother and my son doses from this bottle…..and I don’t have to do it every single day like I do for myself. I just give them about 4-6 drops every 5 days or so.
Seems to work fine. Raised my vitamin D level. This product raised my vitamin D level in 30 days. On September 2, my vitamin D level was 22ng/dl. On October 2, my vitamin D level was 34ng/dl. I used Quest Diagnostics for both tests and used 2 drops a day, 5 or 6 days a week. No other multivitamin. I find it easier to take in the drops sublingually when standing in front of the bathroom mirror. Remember, test, don’t guess.
