goog book. very informative book forever
I learned some important things from this book. This is a short book that is not completely proofread, but I learned helpful information from it including: (1) how high a dosage people take, (2) what to take with it to make it more available to the bloodstream, and (3) how often it should be taken. One little nugget was worth the entire purchase price: I was taking aspirin and curcumin at separate times during the day. After reading this book, I will take them together.
