Great customer service. Update..Customer service reached out to me and exchanged the faulty headphones with a new pair. The new one work great! No need to play with the wire none of that. As with all things, sometimes things can be defective… I’m glad they fixed the problem now my little one can watch her movies in leave while traveling out worrying about which way to hold the cord lol… Thank you for such great customer service!So I have it 2 stars because although they are soft and comfortable the wire glitches. 5 minutes into the trip and she was complaining that the sound went out. Thankful we didn’t get on the highway yet so I pulled over and played with it. I had to keep turning it and readjusting the base of the wire that gets plugged in before the sound came back. Couldn’t return it cause we were in vacation. It still happens even today. At least we know that for now we have to play with the wire to get it to work. Also it has to volume levels. The second is really loud, too loud for kids. These were advertised as kids headphones so I should not be able to hear what she’s listening to over my music in the truck. When we call her she can’t hear us and when she calls us she’s yelling lol. That’s how I knew they were too loud. I can’t return them without having a backup cause she’ll go crazy. And I’m just over the whole hit or miss with these headphones. For now we know the trick: play with the wire until it works. I just can’t go looking for anymore right now. It’s such a tedious process 🥴 I will not get this again I can tell you that.

Perfect for your child at school. I bought these because I was looking for a more comfortable headphone for my child to use at school than the buds. He loves these. They fit over his ears so there’s no squeezing so that helps with the noise cancelling. The plug in cord is more rope like instead of plastic which will help them last long and not get kinked.
Well made but very quiet. My son refused to wear these so I’ve used them and they are very quiet which I understand they do that for kids headphones but when you’re using them on an airplane, you definitely need a little more sound so they are great, I hope he uses them one day but they are low on the sound side
Tough enough for a 7 yr old. I love these headphones. My son already had a pair for school. When he brought them home for the summer and they were still in perfect condition (after replacing so many other brands) I knew these were a keeper. I ordered a second pair for him to have at home .
