Body maintenance. I’m trying this brand the wellness formula because I tried another brand that didn’t have as much nutrients for the body. The other brand was way more expensive and I didn’t feel it was worth the dollar but I did my research on source naturals and they came in strong so I’ve been using this ever since it has a strong odor, but my daughter says that’s the ginger in Other ingredients that create that smell but no bad taste at all I feel better I don’t know if it’s because of this but you never know. Good luck.
Worth the money. My husband and I have been taking these for about a year now and are so happy with this product! There are so many homeopathic ingredients in it, that’s what makes it so expensive. If you bought half of these ingredients individually you’d be spending more than you would be on this product. I recommended buying the one with 240 capsules. It’s the most cost effective. I highly recommend this!!
Excellent Vitamins. Been using for years. Sent son to college with them as a student and athlete. Called home for more when tried to keep his pace without them. They are almost everything our bodies need to stay healthy in an unhealthy world. Thanks Amazon for carrying these. I am in an area I can not get them.

Excellent for Runny Nose for me😀. Lately been suffering from runny nose. Took everything OTC, but nothing helped. Through research, I found these capsules, Wellness, by Source Naturals, and only been taking ONE capsule after breakfast for a few days and, bye, bye sniffles & runny nose. People tend to complain way too much about everything. Know your body and do what’s best for it. I.E. my body is sensitive to meds, hence I only take ONE capsule to determine how my body responds. Wonderful product. I discovered this several years ago and its an amazing product. I ended up forgetting about it for a couple years and recently stumbled across it again. This stuff is amazing. I take it any time I feel a bit weird and it knocks it out pretty quick. The ingredients list is quite impressive if you take a look at it. You have to take a lot of capsules, but seriously this stuff is worth it. Its more affordable than other similar immune products and contains a hefty lineup of wellness boosting ingredients! I’ve tried many other immune products and none of them work as well as this one. I really hope they never change this formula. Now that I rediscovered it I’m going to make sure I never run out. Flavor isnt great but since its a capsule you dont really notice it anyway, unless you take it on an empty stomach you might burp some of the flavor lol but the benefits of a product that actually works this well outweighs the fact that its not a yummy supplement.

The warm months and 2 daily during cold months. I increase the dosage if I start to feel any symptoms and this will help kick it out of my system or lessen the severity of any sickness I have. These capsules have an odd smell and a weird taste but they are not meant to taste like cherries and all of the ingredients are what give it the odd smell. Great quality product that I highly recommend to everyone!

I swear by it , i have taken daily for the last 5 years and will load up at any sign of sickness. They are large and the dose for sickness is kinda crazy BUT this stuff works!!!
