Excellent. I took this with magnesium glycinate and B1 and noticed an almost instant effect. I had been lethargic, and going to the gym felt like a chore. Within a few days I was looking forward to the gym. Overall mood has improved dramatically as well. I am now taking those with 40,000 IU of a vitamin D+K blend every day.
