Cooks even and heats up fast. I love it! All the hot sandwiches! It is a little cumbersome to clean so the next one I’ll spring for the more expensive one with removable plates but this is perfect for the price and does pretty good nonstick. The grease catcher held an entire packages worth of bacon grease without having to change so that was nice. I like to line it with tin foil before smashing my Cuban sandwiches so that I do t have to clean up the cheese.
Okay. Seems a little flimsy. Very lightly weight construction. But that does make it easy to put away when not using. We don’t have a lot of counter space It does the job and has nice large plates. We plan to use it only for making panninis occasionally. I hope it will last a while.
Great product. I’ve been using this product for a couple of months now, and I’ve been impressed with each time I use it! I really like how it allows you to toast 2 breads simultaneously. Even after you’ve finished using it, it is fairly easy to clean.
Great product. Loved it till it broke. Trying to figure out how to replace through warranty hopefully! Anyone know?

Quality is okay. I bought another one last year and it was heavy duty, even carrying it felt heavy. This one feels lightweight when I carry it. Not bad, just not the same quality, so I believe it came from another seller.
Love. I love that I can do 4 different sandwiches at one time! It is great for cooking multiple at once! Super easy to clean and makes the panini super fast! I will be trying with new recipes!
