Works great for daughter’s thick, curly hair. My daughter uses this everyday when she gets ready in the morning. It makes her hair so much easier for her to brush out by herself. It also really helps to control frizz throughout the day. Don’t get me wrong, if she doesn’t use a gel as well, her hair will frizz, but this product helps to keep the frizz to a minimum. We highly recommend!
Mielle Hair Product. This hair product is the real deal, it gives my hair softness, it’s a great moisturizer & the smell is not overpowering, it’s just the right amount of fragrance. I’ve ordered additional products with the same satisfied results.
Good, but not THAT good for me. 4c hair – Hair looks good on day one, but on dayafter (sleepping with my silk bonnet) curls are almost gone…Smells good, also has a good texture.
7 out of 10. My children have very thick hair and it just didn’t last at all. Great at first, but 2 hours in it was like I put nothing on their hair at all. So great but not for thick hair.
Great Leave In Conditioner. I have curly hair, and this conditioner leaves my hair soft with great curls, no frizz, and does smell good.
Love. I absolutely love this leave in conditioner, I have used so many different brands, this has the best aroma and works so good , my curls feels super soft there is not issue I will continue to order this forever .
Strong fragrance. The quality is great, little goes a long way. Helped detangle my knotted hair quicker and painless. It also helps my hair stay shiny and manageable. The consistency is more on the watery side than thick conditioner
CURLS CURLS CURLS. I love my curls, I’ve been using this for over 5 years now and it’s PERFECT! Made by a woman of color, this particular scent smells heavenly and it lasts forever! (My pillows smell just like it) leave my curls very nice and hair so soft. It’s a YES for me! (Works better with all other products)
I don’t do reviews, yet this one deserves one. I am a straight/slightly wavy haired white girl and this conditioner has honestly blew my mind. It not only smells delicious, it’s made my hair feel softer, healthier, and significantly reduced the look of my split ends, this product is great on your hair, honestly.
Smooth curls. My curly hair loves this leave in way better than the name brands. Leaves my hair smelling so good and feeling healthy. It’s not greasy at all. And does not leave my hair with that crunchy texture.
Buy and try. Technically this product is marketed towards thicker type 4 hair, but I say it works well for other hair types too if used properly. I have fine, medium density, low porosity, 3C curls that I usually wear in blow outs and twist outs. I only use this leave in conditioner whenever I wear wash and go’s or mini twists. When I wear mini twists, I literally only use this product to twist my hair and seal my ends with an oil; my hair stays moisturized for days! I love the consistency and smell (which BTW – if you’re sensitive to smell, this stuff lingers, *in the best way possible*, but be mindful before purchasing). It doesn’t weigh my hair down and it layers well with other products. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I can’t use it as my general leave in conditioner. Whenever I’ve tried using it before blow drying my hair straight or to set my twists (for a twist out), it actually dries my hair out. So through trial and error, I’ve figured out how to use it best for my own hair. I say it’s worth trying for yourself if you’re looking for a new leave in. What curly girl isn’t a product junkie? 🙂
Read my review. My hair is usually straight but I recently permed my hair and have no clue what I’m doing. Im new to the curly hair community and I’ve been researching and ordering A LOT of products online and it was not what I wanted. I asked one of my friends and they recommended me this product.. a leave in conditioner after wet or damp hair.. I was hesitant because I’m losing so much hair already PP but I gave this a shot.. and what do you know, its exactly what I was looking for. I was told by the perm lady to put in moose or gel to keep it snatched but I don’t want my hair to feel like that when I’m just home. I was looking for a product that was more like a lotion to just keep my hair hydrated and feeling like reg hair. I like the quality of it. I would definitely recommend this product on my end. I understand that there has been a lot of mix reviews about this product but what do you expect, its a conditioner, of course hair is going to come off. Don’t all conditioner do that ? It’s a common misconception that conditioners cause hair loss. While it’s true that you might notice more hair shedding when using conditioner, it’s not because the conditioner itself is making your hair fall out. The shedding you see is likely just loose hair strands that were already in the shedding phase of the hair growth cycle, and the conditioner is simply helping to dislodge them. ( I found this on Google ;)) Soo safe to say, its a YES for me. Thanks.Here is a awkward picture of me after the leave in conditioner has dried. Unique Yummy Smell. I loved this immediately. First, it smells amazing. Second, it makes detangling my kid’s 3c and 3b hair types (and my 4a hair) easy. You get a good amount of product for the price. I used one bottle over one month. I use it quite a bit, so I’ll have to purchase it rather often, but I use it on three heads of hair about once a week after washing. It’s pretty moisturizing when sealed using oil.
