Works well ! And love that no Citric acid. Husband was taking Metamucil for years and really didn’t help. He had an organic acids test done and came back with high citric acid . It could be from drinking Metamucil every day We got this to try instead and already seeing GREAT results. Years of marbles and hard stools. Maybe the citric acid was irritating the intestines or drawing fluid away from from intestines ? He reports much improvement using Benefiber. I would like to to know more about how it works. Does it build beneficial bacteria ? Thank you.
Great flavorless drink mix. These fiber drink packets are easy to use and I love that they were individual packets to take on the go. They don’t leave any taste in your water which is really great. Love these!
Benefiber On The Go Prebiotic Fiber Supplement Powder for Digestive Health. I take this product daily. It has done a tremendous amount to go to the bathroom on a daily basis. I have had this issue due to surgeries, and other stomach issues and this product is tasteless odorless and just dissolves in water, tea, or any other liquid.
Convenient. These packets are super convenient for adding fiber into your day! I mix mine daily into a protein shake, and it really helps to have these packets for my flight attendant lifestyle.
Nice flavor. I like to use Benefiber to add fiber to my diet. The strawberry lime is a nice flavor and makes drinking it so easy. Unfortunately it is very difficult to find in the US and a bit overpriced when you do.
Only 3g of Fiber Per Serving. The daily recommended amount of fiber is 25g, after I purchased this, I realized that one package is only 3g of fiber. I was trying to get a bunch of fiber at once to meet the daily amount, but I guess I bought the wrong thing for that. It caught me off guard. I thought I was buying a fiber supplement, and I assumed that it had more fiber in it without looking. It does dissolve in water. It truly is flavorless, but as previously stated, I’m just disappointed that it’s a fiber supplement with only 3g of fiber, which is like hardly anything for me…

Great for Convenience While Traveling. I take Benefiber at home but didn’t want to take a baggie full of white powder on an overseas cruise. These worked great as they are pre-measured, clearly identified, & convenient. I would buy again for not, not daily use, due to the cost.
Effective. I wish I would have found these sooner. So easy to throw in your purse or take with on vacation. No more mess trying to measure out the powder into a small lid!! Easy way to get your fiber in and they are very effective.

So convenient. These Benefiber sticks are so convenient. I like having the ability to add fiber to any liquid or soft foods, even when on the go. Benefiber truly dissolves clear and is tasteless.
It Works. Does a great job. This stuff works! These packets are perfect for grab and go. They do cost a bit more than the bottled version.
Mostly good. Directions were misunderstood by me. Didn’t realize I needed to use only a part of a ” stick ” so, yeah, it cleaned us out. Lol! Certain family members needed it often and have learned how much to use without over doing it. After that it works great and we a love the clear, tasteless, effect in a bottle of water. Genius! So easy to use after understanding how much works for each of us. Btw, even a whole stick didn’t give any of us diarrhea. That’s a plus at the very start.
