Keeps brows in place all day. This product is good at keeping brows in place all day until you wash it off. I chose a lighter color based upon reviews but wish I’d ordered a darker color instead because I have to end up adding more color to cover slightly gray brow hairs with a brow pencil; also have to still fill in sparse areas with pencil. I’m not getting much out of it as far as color is concerned, but I do like the sticky benefit to keep brows shaped nicely all day. Love the brush, which gets the job done; just have to go over hairs a few times to get desired look. It doesn’t offer much in the color department, but I’d still recommend it. Great price, too!
Works great. This works great, my eyebrows stay where I put it all day, and it’s easy to take off without taking any eyebrows hairs off. A little goes a long way.I don’t often need or use 2 layers because it starts to get cakey that way.The only issue I have is that I have oily skin, and this makes me more oily. First photo with no lashes on has no eyebrow glue, and the 2nd photo with the lashes on has the brow glue.
Holds thick brows. As someone with thick brows who can never find a product that will hold them down… this is the one. I always find brow gels to be too thin and not hold down those random brow hairs that have a mind of their own. This stuff is super thick, doesn’t leave white flakes, and holds all day! Will definitely repurchase when I’m out.
Not my favorite, but good. I really like this product and for the price, it’s great! But I have pretty small brows and the spooly is a bit big for my liking, but it’s not too bad. In a pinch it works, and I’ll probably buy it again.
Love this product. Absolutely love this product. I’m older with thin eyebrows. Drawing them on just doesn’t look right. This tinted brow wax is what I have needed in my life for years. Glad I found it
Easy on the skin. Does the job and keeps your eyebrows in place whatever direction you brush them
I wanted to try something new but it wasn’t for me. I was looking for an eyebrow gel that would hold and tint the hairs but I found that this product is better at tinting than keeping the hairs in place. I was looking for a stronger for laminated hold.
Brush is flimsy. The bristles on the brush need to be a lot more firm. They just squish when I try to shape my brows.
Best Brow Gel. I got the color Taupe – lightly tinted, it’s great because if you apply too much it won’t look like your eyebrows are melted crayons. It looks wet when applying but dries matte. It keeps my eyebrows in place all day and it’s not heavy, I can’t feel it throughout the day.
It works to hold the brow hairs. This is pretty good. It has a small brush where you can position the hairs and a tint of brown. They stay in place all day.
Great Tamer. Not too sticky. Goes on light and dries darker. Doesn’t dry hard and yucky. The little mascara wand is perfect for brushing and shaping. Lasts until it’s washed off so that’s a big plus.
Repeat purchase. I’ve gotten this a few times. It’s the best brow product I’ve found to date! Would recommend. Only drawback is that after having for about a month (and, keep in mind, using on a daily basis) the consistency does eventually thicken and get gloopy. Just be warned! At this price point, not a huge concern – just get a new one 🙂
Does a good job. It keeps my brows in place, but I also had my brows laminated, so I’ve never tried it with my natural brows. Keep that in mind
Stand at attention brows. The only negative is that you really have to be careful of how much you put on because it gets gooey. I usually put a very thin coat on my brows are set.
Love. Have thick eyebrows and this stuff keeps them in place all day long with just a little bit of product.
Holy Grail of Eyebrow Gels. I’m a makeup junkie – any of my friends or family will tell you that. I’ve tried so many different brow gels (from drug store bargins to high end), and not a single one of them met all of my requirements like this one did!Nyx has always been one of my go to and affordable makeup brands. So it’s not a surprise that this brow gel is a staple in my makeup arsenal now.Reasons why I refuse to budge from using this:- it doesn’t budge! Once it dries down, this stuff literally stays put and lasts through everything! From woeking out in ridiculous summer heat on our farm or in my gardens, to working out, to even being on my face under my beekeeping suit for hours at a time (vented or not, that suit gets ridiculously hot to be in), this stuff does not budge!!!-a little goes a long way-the price point is affordable and it seems to last me for quite a long time!If you want something that’s affordable – works well above any other product on the market- and lasts, this is your product!
Love this. When you get older you lose your eyebrow and eyelashes! Sad but true!! Using the tinted brow glue I now have realistic eyebrows again. I have this on Subscription and never want to be without it! Highly recommend to anyone with sparce and/or unruly brows.
Totally works. I’m older, so my brows are sparce and all over the place. Mostly straight out. They laid flat with this product. So happy! Also, I used my pencil to fill in the brow after waiting a few minutes for it to dry. Hint, after applying, use your fingers to press the brows down. Great product!
Great Brow Gel. This product is worth the hype. It is a lot smaller than expected, however, a small amount goes a long way. I am African (black) with extremely coarse hair.I have done brow laminations in the past and this gel, while it does not give the perfect brow lamination look, holds the hair perfectly and provides a sheen that you get directly from laminating. As I said before, I have extremely coarse hair and it holds my hair, so people with finer hair or from a different race will get the perfect laminated look.I recommend applying the product, brushing it in the direction you want it to go and then allowing it to dry before doing anything else. It only lost a point because of how small it is.

Doesn’t dry clear. Does a good job of keeping eyebrows in place. However, I don’t feel like it dries completely clear as described. Even if I only put a little in, you can still see it when it dries.

Perfect brows. I absolutely love the NYX brow gel! It keeps my brows in place all day without feeling stiff or flaky. Must have product. I think I’ve repurchased 3 times already. It’s a must to tame my brows. I have a very minimal daily makeup routine but always use this product for brows and it just makes me look a little more put together. Also fairly cheap compared to other brow gels.
okay. i’ve bought this a couple times I bought the clear one but honestly, I would say try to find better options because this tube is small and it’s kinda like sticky instead of like glossy and I don’t really like the smell of it
Easy to use and live up to products specifications. This product is easy to use and it does a good job creating eyebrows that are thin by lifting each strand of hair and keep it in place. Also removes easily on over applied glue tint.
Finally a winner!!! It actually holds. I have light brown and thinish brows. I’m “older” 😉 and am not really into lots of makeup or too much of a routine, aside from skin care, but still want to look put together. My brows have an ok shape and look much fuller when they are properly brushed into place. I have tried a whole bunch of brow gels, and none could hold them in place, they would fall about 5 minutes after application. This one holds!! I am actually amazed! I don’t even have to second dip the wand for the second brow. It holds so well!! I’m talking it lasted from the morning until face washing in the evening hold! It has no scent. Looks “visible” (white-ish gel) at first but blends seamlessly with a couple brushes over the brows. It is a little tacky at first, but upon drying which wasn’t even a minute, it is invisible and did not make my brows feel heavy or caked, and it did not flake at all throughout the day. I also have sensitive and dry skin, especially around my eyes, and this didn’t bother me at all or cause any dryness around on under my brows. It still worked even with lots of moisturizer and spf on. I threw all the others away.

Works great, looks good. I’m liking this brow gel more than I thought I would. I have been using the uncoloured plain nyx gel, but it looks like they discontinued it, I even checked their website. SO, it forced me to try something new.I am mixed with light brown skin and dark brown hair/brows.The dark brown is perfect for my colouring. I think the black would have been a little too dark. This looks very natural, and I haven’t been bothering with the eyebrow pencil I normally use to fill out the areas of my brows that are less than ‘perfect’. This gel handles that well enough.I wear pretty minimal makeup during my day-to-day – tinted sunscreen, setting powder, brows, mascara/eyeliner and lipgloss is my normal go-to. Switching to this has simplified my brow routine and I LOVE that for me.It goes on pretty easily, it’s definitely tacky, but less is more and you just have to pay attention and work it in to your brow hairs and it’s easy to use.This lasts the entire day, even through me lifting at the gym. And washes off easily with the rest of my makeup at the end of the day.I’m happy to be able to switch to this, and am not missing the discontinued product at all.
It takes some effort to work well. This product requires some technique to work well. You need to apply a fair amount of product and then use something flat to really laminate your brows down before it dries. Afterwards, you cannot touch your brows at all except for something like a brow pen, because any further agitation causes the product to kind of gum up and look gross especially if you have thick or stubborn hairs. Do your foundation after your brows so you don’t mess it up during the lamination process. Setting your brow with a similar colored powder helps it stay a bit better.
