Easy application. Easy to remove mistakes. Make sure to use eye primer. It applies easily and smoothly. It doesn’t like tk stay out in it’s own. The truck is to put a little primer on a q-tip on the eye (more than normal eye primer. I use a very tiny bit of regular face primer by Elf..the blue kind that keeps everything in place) then apply it. After it dries? set with just a tiny bit of translucent powder on a que-tip. Do this before putting on mascara. I wish it had a sharpener as if gets more rounded (instead of pointy). I used another sharpener from another brand and it works just okay. For what it is, and the price, it goes on well.
The lines. It looks good on and the lines are perfect. It comes off when cleaning with ease to say smudge proof I don’t know about that. Very easy to apply and it holds up all day
It’s good but makes my sensitive eyes water. I was hoping this would be “the one”, but even though it goes on smoothly and stays put, it makes my sensitive eyes water throughout the day. I’ll keep tying to find the one that works for me. If you don’t have sensitive eyes, it will work great for you! It’s good quality and lasts all day.
Glides on smoothly, color could be more pigmented. This liner is a great value for the price. It goes on smooth and is easy to work with. I’m not usually a brown eyeliner girl and usually wear black liner, but wanted to try a softer look. It did create the effect but I wish the brown color was a little darker or more pigmented.
Could be creamier. I like the color and the fact that it’s waterproof. It could be improved in how soft the pencil is….the product seems to be a little hard.
Surprised by quality. I work long shifts and long hours for a company that has areas with extremely hot environments. I do not leave my house without makeup on at all and my work conditions usually end up sweating off most of my product. Try to mainly do my eye makeup that is the only thing that seems to last. I do not use expensive products while I’m at work and decided to try this liner to see how it held up. I will say it definitely exceeded my expectations. It stays on even with extreme heat. It does smudge a little at the corner of my eyes, but is very easy to clean off during breaks. Not even enough to be very noticeable. Goes on very easy and blends out easily as well. Bought both brown and black and will say that I will definitely purchase again and already have.
Just as good as high end! You can’t beat Elf. I am very late to the Elf brand, but I am in love! This eyeliner is richer and is richer and more pigmented than the very expensive liner I purchased from a certain high-end brand. I’ll give you a hint: The high-end line I went for broke within the last year is headed by a certain beautiful redhead. She says ‘Darling and beautiful” to her followers. Well, I foolishly spent a fortune on her line last holiday season. I was a real fool as her products are truly nothing special. For a few dollars, I purchased the Elf eyeliner and it is marvelous! It has the richest pigment! Truly, it is a ten, and ‘less than ten dollars’ and most importantly, cruelty-free! I’ll be an Elf consumer from here on out! You just cannot do better and save more than this stunning line! Thank you, Elf!
This e.l.f eyeliner is great. e.l.f No Budge Retractable Eyeliner IS Creamy AND Ultra-Pigmented. The applicator is user friendly and easy to apply along the upper and lower eyelash line. It also works great as an eye shadow. The color gradually lightens after several hours of wear and removes easily with a wet washcloth when cleansing your face. I love the coffee color! It’s a warm brown that’s very complimentary for brown eyes.
smooth, no smudging. This is really good eyeliner! The liner is strong enough that it stays sharp and doesn’t break. Also, both of the colors that I bought are true to their names.

Best no budge eyeliner. This is the best no budge eyeliner I’ve ever used. I can put it on in the morning and go all day without any smudges or “leakage” 😆 on or around my eyes. It goes on smooth and the color is rich. It’s a twist up eyeliner so no need for a sharpener. I use the coffee color and it’s a great rich brown color. I have blue eyes so that just seems to work best for me. I’ve purchased this eyeliner six times on Amazon. I will continue to use it as long as I can. I will say that when I started using it the cost was $5 and now it is $6 but I will say it is still worth the price. I also don’t have any trouble removing it with a simple face wash or make up remover wipe. This photo is after all day at work. I applied it at 6:00 am and it is now 5:20 pm.
Best waterline eyeliner. I have been using this brand for a while now and it has worked very well on my water line. Personally I felt it was easy to use because instead of having to sharpen it like a pencil eyeliner, all you have to do is twist it and the applicator comes out. On top of it being long lasting you can also add to it to make it darker! By far has been the best eyeliner I have used for my waterline!!
A lot of bang for your buck. Love this retractable eye liner. Goes on very nice and stays on, no smudging. The price is great too. I would say this is one of the best for the price u pay, and I’ve tried a lot of liners. No need to sharpen, waterproof and the colors are nice
Great durability for a retractable pencil. Nice price. This product is everything it said it was. Bold color with a retractable eyeliner, so there’s no messing about trying to sharpen pencils or having your eyeliner break off in between uses — or waiting for liquid liner to dry.This eyeliner is very black, and once you apply it, it does not smudge easily. You have to really rub to get it all off.If i had to choose one thing in which people might be disappointed, I would say that it is difficult to get fine lines with this product. So if you’re looking for a dramatic effect, this eyeliner is perfect. Still, you can use a brush with it to get thin lines.It’s a very nice product for the price and is easy to use. Little drag yet durable. Glamour at a nice price.So I was very happy with my purchase. I would give it 4.5 stars.
A MUST. Favorite eyeliner. I have on subscription. I like dark brown it is dark without black, I also like gray to add on top for green eyes. The staying power is superior, no eye boogies, always easy to use, consistency is perfect. I ended up with subscription because it is the best I have found. Plus, the price is unbelievable for the quality.
