Warranty info. First off I would like to say the machine is very powerful and very easy to control takes a little getting used to the safety features but it’s not too terrible. Would have given five stars but I’ve had my machine for a little over a month and a half and was washing it today and broke off the bottom edge piece of the blender cup. This did not take a whole lot of effort so I called to get it taken care of with the warranty and the only thing they cover under the warranty is the base the blender cup is $64 alone luckily they said they would replace it this one time but I feel like it should be under the warranty with the rest of the machine especially at that price so beware. All in all it’s a great product.
Love this. Best blender and mixer I ever had. Use this every day so far for smoothies. Blending right in the drinking container is so nice and I have less of a mess. The power is unbelievable.
I like it. I like it I’ve been making my salsa in it and trying to figure out what button and how fast to use it so it doesn’t liquefy my salsa but I like it I’ll use it for other things once I master it
Use This Every Day. I love the single cup option. Blends smoothies well – MUCH better than a regular blender.
Second Time Around. This is the second Ninja I purchased. I love the tall blade and it takes no time to make my smoothies. Do Not put the pitcher in the dishwasher. My first one cracked. I had it for a couple of years and I believe it would have lasted longer if I washed it by hand. Replacing the pitcher was about $40 less than replacing the entire unit so I went with the ladder. The difference is smaller when you catch a sale or if there is coupon offer.
