Great! But…. These are great little garden pruning shears. I’ve used them to prune tomatoes, strawberries, peppers, zucchini and squash plants as well as deadheading my flowers and cutting landscape fabric and opening a package or two. They usually cut really easily! But I will say it’s annoying that I’m constantly needing to have a screwdriver as well to tighten them because they get loose easily it seems.Overall though, I’d buy them again. Having multiple pairs of shears like this always helps me in the garden. One thing I would have liked was a loop to attach a string to hang them from, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me.
Inexpensive and work just fine. These are great little shears for pruning bonsai or using in your garden or for working with orchids, anything you might use scissors to do but with less effort and nice sharp blades. Just as good as more expensive brand name nippers I’ve had of a similar size. Personally, I’ve learned to leave small trimmers like these open and store them carefully because in the past with other similar trimmers I’ve noticed that what might fail are the piece that keeps them closed and the spring. I feel like storing them in the open position might get this one to last longer for me. Just a tip, I have had no issues with these yet.
for the price very good. used them to prune a bit in my garden. over all there not bad for the price but they feel like how much you paid for them if you understand.
Good but can pinch. These are fine, but the front end can pinch if you don’t hold it exactly or have larger hands
Tiny. Cheapest around, but for obvious reasons. These are small lightweight cutters. The blades are small and thin like pointy thin scissors. These are for thin stem flower cutting, not much else. Good for dead heading on a budget =)
