Good-but I’m torn. After reading reviews, I felt SO heard!! So many reviews of peoples pain after eating from having no gallbladder was exactly what Iv been dealing with. Peoples experiences that I read were the words literally right out of my mouth!! Bloating, gas, heartburn, miserably full, empty pain/punch in the gut feeling after eating, inflamed rib on right side etc. I’m 9 months post gallbladder removal surgery. ( I had really bad sludge, and severe debilitating pain all year long 2021)And since then have been uncomfortable eating without having a gallbladder.After reading all the positives about this helping,I was excited and hopeful!After the first pill I noticed it did in fact help after eating!!! I Wasn’t miserably full feeling! Soo, I believe it does its job.. the only thing is.. Iv noticed it has made ME constipated.. haven’t had regular bowel movement since taking these and it’s resulted in bloating and very uncomfortable in that way now, rather than bloated after eating…😭 so if you’re prone to having constipation you may be in the same boat.I think these CAN work, and not bashing on it whatsoever, just sharing my personal experience so far. I am bummed because it does help with not feeling miserable directly after eating/heavy meals but I am still dealing with bloating pain from it backing me up😣maybe I need more time to adjust to this supplement and my body will learn to digest better? But idk..if you’ve experienced constipation pain you’ll understand it’s NOT FUN which makes me want to stop taking this completely.. personally I’m feeling torn on this product. But with it helping in some ways I think it’s worth a shot trying to see if it helps YOU. Best of luck!-UPDATE: because of the uncomfortable constipation this gave me, I stopped taking it. And I have returned to having bowel movement’s again. BUT I have also been having less- to no pain after eating now. I truly believe the bile salts etc, that this supplement gives the body has helped me, and I believe that my body doesn’t require me to take it everyday. I believe it can help even if taken just a couple times! 👏🏼 I’m planning to keep these and take sparingly if, and when I get uncomfortable after eating..but not over do it to cause constipation complications.**Remember!!! every BODY is different. Some may benefit and need to take for every meal, while others (ME) just needed a few in my system to take the pain away! Definitely recommend trying and don’t give up the first sign you see it not helping exactly as you expected.. You may find that it helps in some way or another just as I have! I am thankful. 🫶🏼Another update: to confirm that I indeed do not require to take every meal/day. in fact, I probably only take ONE maybee once a month?! It’s been 7months since I bought this and I’m veryyy thankful I did. It took patience to figure out what worked for me and my body, but this product is great!! I can tell once the supplement has cleared out of my body because my stomach issues starts acting up again as I’m eating, giving me discomfort.. I take one pill and within 10 minutes Max, I have relief!!! I call it a miracle going from *very uncomfortable, bloat/cramps to all better in under 10 min time!! Soo soo thankful I didn’t give up on this product after my first attempt. Thank you Dr. berg!!🙏🏼For reference I’m 30yrs old and give or take 115lbs
Digestion on steroids. If you are missing a gallbladder or have some permanent digestive issue this is the way to go. Tried a dozen of other products (enzymes, ox bile, betaine Chl, etc). Nothing works like this one. The only issue is it makes you over eat easily since it improves the digestion so much (in my case even with 1/2 of the capsule and the recommended portion is 2 at a time!). IMO eat healthy and save this for emergencies.
It is different. UPDATE/Undate: I am sorry. I stopped taking this product for 1 week after taking it for 2 months straight. I see the error of my ways. My stomach was so bad!!! I am back on it and my whole body feels so much better. It is amazing how “you don’t feel anything” then to go off of it and your whole world crumbled. These guy have such great customer service. They never once got upset with me or dispute how I was feeling. Thank you for your kindness and I highly recomend them!!Update: They back up their product! They were very kind and helped me out. I changed my opinion because they wonderful customer service!I had gallbladder surgery years ago and wanted to help with my over all health and learned this could help me. I have not seen a difference and has used for 60 days.
Wow–really wow. I’m very sensitive to foods and supplements, so I am fortunate, in a sense, to immediately notice effects and in days I feel like Iron Man! I immediately noticed a kick from my meals, as opposed to a gut punch of exhaustion after eating. Really awesome results!
It seems to do the trick. I don’t have a gallbladder and throughout the years I have bought different products to help with my digestion. This product seems to do the trick with only two capsules. There is no taste or after-taste. I will buy the product again.
Incredible stuff. I had already used this months ago and made me feel great, but didn’t get another bottle. Started having gut issues so I decided to buy it again and after only two days I’m back to normal. Went poo three times this morning. Couldn’t be more grateful to this man and his products.
First-OA is made by a real doctor. Doctor Eric Berg he is a hero, I was so sick during Covid shut down and there was no way you could go to the hospital, watching his videos on YouTube have helped me a lot! And this product I know the ingredients what even is in this bottle is perfect for your health wellbeing good for digestion brain blood guts and you will feel good if you are on ( the right diet that’s important) so this product can help your health. Additionally about the ingredients is from high quality source, and the amount of the ingredients is perfectly done for your health to get the full benefits. Not like other brands if you reed the ingredients there will be nothing sometimes except feelers with whatever you will see on it . And make sure always the source of the ingredients because it makes a huge difference. Peace out! – Taste is fine smell fine sleep well – MUST NOT lay down after taking this supplement for at least half an hour – 40 minute.
