The glue that holds me together. I’ve been taking collagen powder for quite a while. It’s one of those things that you realize is good for you after you’ve run out and mistakenly thought, I probably don’t need it and I feel too lazy to order more right now. After a week or so of not having your daily collagen dose, you hear more pops and creaks and cracks and you feel more stiff and sore.I ran out of another brand I was hooked on. After a week of not having it I was feeling it. I decided to try this one because of the good reviews and I appreciate the broad array of collagen types included in this over my old brand.So far, I am enjoying this stuff. It is tasteless and mixes well in my coffee. I happen to use a little electric whisk I had bought off Amazon a long time ago so maybe that helps. When taking collagen over a few months I noticed that my hair now grows crazy fast, it’s almost annoying. I usually take my coach coffee that I make at home with collagen added in; he is bald and shaves his head. He has remarked that he’s having to shave his head more often. I think it’s this stuff.I am very hard on my body; I am very busy at work and in training. Without taking collagen I am sure I would be seeing body parts falling off daily. Others ask me how I keep going without more injuries and I point them to collagen powder.FYI, I take collagen powder, MCT oil, and a multivitamin daily. I put greens powder in my protein smoothies. I’ve been experimenting recently with mushroom powder but that is so recent I am still testing that.I am too busy to cook all the time or use a juicer, and not rich enough for alternatives like a personal nutritionist or chef. If I have to take a shaker bottle around and drink my nutrients, so be it.Update: One month in of taking this powder. I noticed lately I keep playing with with my nails, as in running my finger along them because they’ve been long enough now to be called nails. As busy as I am they are the last priority I think about, and since I don’t usually get past #6 or so on my priorities I never care about my nails. Yesterday someone at the gym mentioned to me, “Wow, your nails look great”. I had a haircut the other day and my stylist said, “Weren’t you JUST here”?? I do think my hair and nails are from taking collagen. I don’t think this brand is necessarily better as a company than my old brand, but I do appreciate the additional types of collagen contained in this one.
Hair and nails are stronger with collagen powder. The media could not be loaded. I’ve always been a fan of collagen and other beauty supplements. I believe that using collagen for the skin works but that it works best when ingested compared to those in creams and other skin or hair care products. Obviously, I have already tried a lot of collagen products before and they have all been quite ok. Honestly, I didn’t have a lot of negative reactions or problems with the other brands but I felt like I wasn’t getting enough effects and results with them so I kept looking for new ones after finishing each bottle. I’ve tried both capsules and powder versions and I enjoyed powders. However, the other collagen powder brands were often hard to dissolve or something so it was quite weird to consume. I eventually switched to this one and with just the first use, I could tell the difference in solubility. This one dissolves almost immediately upon mixing with whatever liquid. It doesn’t matter whether it’s cold or hot. Also, it does not have a weird scent that can be a turn off like some other collagen powder supplements. I also like that this one has all 5 kinds of collagen in it. So in terms of the physical qualities of the product, i have nothing but praise and my experience of taking it is very positive. With regard to effect, I noticed that my hair and nails have gotten a lot healthier and stronger since I began taking this product. My hair began having more volume and seems to grow pretty fast! I have less hair fall and breakage whenever I’m combing. It looked so ten times more beautiful than how it used to look before I began taking this product. And my nails? My nails used to be so yellow and brittle. They would crack randomly without any reason. But now they are a normal and healthy color and they are so much stronger and smooth. I can change my nail polish or lacquer every 2 weeks and not worry about my nails getting brittle. On top of improving my hair and nail health, I have also noticed some improvement on my skin. I noticed that my skin has gotten much more supple and smoother compared to before. I didn’t expect this but I knew that it was one of the effects of collagen so that’s kinda cool. Overall, I think I will definitely buy this product again because I enjoy it a lot and it works really well.
Buy This. A little background, here. I am 61 years old and several months ago sustained a significant injury to my leg (tore the ACL and sprainedthe MCL). I didn’t want to go through with surgery, so I opted for (conservative treatment) months of physical therapy. I am a researcher, (but I am not suggesting any medical advice–I write from a personal perspective) and I wanted to learn if collagen would aid in my healing. After reading the reviews and watching videos, I chose this product. It did not disappoint. While I have not had a follow-up, x-ray/MRI as of yet, I can attest to feeling better, meaning more stability and less pain. I was even able to reduce my PT visits from 3x per week to 1x per week. The other unexpected benefit was that my hair started to grow and is now fuller. My skin, especially, my face, is more supple than it has been in years.What I love about this product the most, is that it is really tasteless!!! 👌 I put a scoop in my coffee every morning (since May 23rd 2023) and go about my day.Folks, this one is a definite winner in my book. Give it a chance. I think you will find it a winner, as well.
Great product. So far I am so impressed with this product. I actually ordered 4 this time due to Amazon Prime price being so good. I have used the product now for 2 months and definitely seeing the results!! I have lots of new hair growth and my hair and nails feel so healthy. Looking forward to the results continuing
This company backs up their product. I recently provided a poor review because they sent a container that appeared to be half full. When I contacted Wholesome Wellness they immediately asked for pictures, then sent a replacement container. I did not have to return the first one either. Further, my wife has a different brand of collagen that does not dissolve as well as this one and leaves a little aftertaste. This one is perfect – dissolves well and zero aftertaste. Good company and product
good product. not sure if this is helping my arthritis in my knees but I do think my hair, nails and skin lookgood for my age so I will continue to use this product.
Texture. Dissolves nice in my coffee, I have gray hair and every scenes I’ve been taking this my gray is no longer brittle and is very soft as my daughter says it is 🥰
Works for my husband. He loves it, and has been taking it for at least a year. He says that his skin and nails etc are improved.I have a somewhat different experience. The positives are that it dissolves very well, doesn’t give us any bad side effects, and has no taste.For me, there is one drawback, which I have not experienced with other collagen powders. When I take even one serving, it makes me so full that I often lose appetite. If I have it with my breakfast, I might not get hungry till late at night or the next day. It does not cause bloating, though. I am looking for a different brand just because it seems to be too much for me.
Great product. I bought this for my MIL and she loves it. She noticed her fingernails were stronger and longer and her hair growing faster. Mixes well, great health benefits, and fair price. Clean ingredients and effective.

Works Fine. Have had little or no joint pain since started. Have used about a month. Mixes easily, no taste to other flavored drinks. Will continue to buy and use.
With supplements how do we know. I have been using this collagen powder for a couple of years now. I have low bone density, and i’m hoping that it will help me to recover some of my loss. Unfortunately, with supplements It’s difficult to know how well they are working. I also use another form of collagen, magnesium, and a bone medication. There is little to no smell to the product, it dissolves very well in coffee, and it’s tasteless. It also provides some protein for the days when I fast. I use the auto delivery shipments and find that it works very well.
I love that this is flavourless and you can’t taste it in whatever you put it in.. it dissolves really quickly and you can’t even tell you’re drinking it
My collagen. The quality of the collagen is excellent it dissolves great in hot water smells good. It tastes good and I really do feel a lot better after drinking some my hair is real thin so we’ll see how it goes and I’m not after weight loss. I just needed more healthier things put into my body
Great Product. I use this product in my coffee daily. It has no taste, smell or texture and dissolves quickly. I don’t even notice it’s in my coffee. I have noticed my nails and hair are growing faster and thicker. I also love that this product has Type I, II, III, V and X which are all beneficial. It’s worth the price, I recommend this product.
WORKS GOOD BUT, TOO EXPENSIVE!!! WILL FIND SIMILAR LESS EXPENSIVE. My husband and I really enjoy this product. I can see And feel the difference on my hair, skin and nails. We add it to our morning coffee and it does not effect the flavor one bit. We were using it for almost 2 years, then outa nowhere the price shot up from slightly over $30 to over $36. Even the original price was a bit much. As much as we love this product, I can’t justify paying that much for a half empty jug of product. If they ever decide to go back to a reasonable price we may consider re-subscribing, in the meantime we will be looking through similar products with more reasonable prices. The huge price increase is the only reason I canceled my script. This product jug being filled only half way (even after it’s shaken up) is not worth more than $25, especially since there’s so much competition, via Amazon and other online sources. It’s always so disappointing when a company cares more about thier bottom dollar then thier customers health. I know that’s just the way it is (greed), but it doesn’t have to and shouldn’t be. I wish just once a company would truly care about their customers and take into consideration that some customers live on fixed incomes and really need their products. Myself having a rare disability that effects my limbs and nervous system and my husband having had 2 emergency surgeries was told he has soft bones really need this product, or at least a similar one. I prefer to stay with a familiar product that I’ve gotten used to, but at the end of the day our hands are forced to purchase a product that is more affordable. I trust you people will understand and wish to thank you for almost 2 years of getting to know the benefits of this kind of product.
Blends so well, great low calorie protein powder. This has been a great product to add to my routine. The powder is super fine and lightweight. I’ve mixed it into coffee, tea, and smoothies and it blends without changing the texture or flavor of what you’re eating or drinking. It doesn’t leave any residue at the bottom of the bowl or cup, and you can only BARELY smell anything (if at all). The container doesn’t come filled all the way to the top (which is normal), so don’t be surprised if it looks half full. I’ve been using this almost daily for about a month and a half and am barely getting through half of the container. I’ve read that you won’t really see the effects of this until about 60 days after consistent use, but it’s a great low calorie product that adds a fair amount of protein to your meals and did not upset my stomach. Will definitely buy again.
Great Product. I noticed a difference in joint relief. I had to stop taking since the collagen didn’t agree with my digestive system but everyone has to try to see if it fits their body. Everyone’s body is different.
