  1. I bought these AND Yoga Toes 👍 as both have their place, looking to avoid surgery. I got these AND Yoga Toes, (these first), as of course, who wouldn’t want to save money, as I was going to just get these for myself, that’s that, but honestly, both have their place. I ended up buying the other and keeping both, and I use them in combination with one another. Let me explain.Yoga toes is a more serious stretch, it’s hardcore.. you will feel it, you will get results. they are easy to put on, and you’ll feel it rather quickly, and they do take getting used to, and you only wear them a short time each day, but then you will also reap the rewards from the bigger stretch that you can honestly, totally feel doing its job. Over time, you WILL see the results. (I have bad bunions on both feet. My big toes were going in.)This item here is great for stretch maintenance inbetween using Yoga toes, they are pliable and soft. Take care when putting them on, as they seem like they COULD snap with rougher care, but I’ve had no problem, just being careful, Is all. They are very stretchy, yet thinner material than the Yoga Toes are. (See my photos.) I love the feel though. I can walk with ease! They are more comfortable, because they give less of a stretch, so you can walk around, which is convenient, but I don’t think on their own they will yield any permanent results. Any results would take much longer to see IF they did.I think working in conjunction WITH Yoga toes (which I def. wanted the cheaper way out too, and thought I’d be returning the others), with these.. it’s not just for the name. You do get what you pay for with the Yoga Toes, and these too. I’ve kept both because I use the yoga toes every day for that hardcore stretch, and I’ve seen proof positive, and now I use these in between, and so I really swear by that combination as being an alternative to surgery, I truly do believe I won’t need it, thanks to these and those.I can wear these longer, so it’s good to have some stretch in between the ‘big guys’. You can’t wear yoga toes all day, and you should not do so. I recommend only wearing them resting on a couch, watching TV or something. Start slowly, but I never wear them for more than an hour or two per day.. but you work up to it. They DO work! These are more comfortable, but those are most effective, and together they get 10 stars, as surgery is not anything I want, nor does anybody. I have hammer toes too, and I’ve felt sooo much less foot pain after activity with my kids or just even too much walking, in my feet AND in my back.. it’s crazy!I also have a third Amazon bought brand, they come with one to easily use in your shoes. The name is Eosxrp bunion correctors. I got them on vine, so those were essentially free (just tax), but they are good at protecting your bunions on the sides during footwear use. Thin and wearable in most any shoes if these prove too large for that for you. These are well made, priced right, definitely will help, but get both these and the yoga toes if you have serious pain and/or other feet issues like myself. The combo seems to be the cure.. so far, so great here, and I’ll keep it going!4 stars for these on their own. It’s a good brand, and if you can only buy one, inexpensive brand.. go with these. If you can afford the other or best yet both? Go for that! That is my highest recommendation if your feet started out bad like mine. (Bunions, hammer toes, pain in feet and back. It’s made a difference on ALL of them! )I do recommend this product! For the price it is worth it!4 stars ⭐️*hope my review has been helpful :). The second photo shows you the stretch from the other. The pink Bodhi feet are shown on the left. They are highly comfortable for long term wear.*

  4. Comfortable to walk in ,to space out my toes ,does the job well

  5. it is suppose to separate all the toes. It is supposed to separate all the toes but I could only use it for the first 3 toes. I couldn’t get in between my last 2 toes. but I have broken the baby’s toe many times. So I cut off the last two toes it fit so much better. I bought it because my big toe is angled to the left and cut into the toe next to it and I don’t have enough bone to fix it surgically. It stayed in place better one-piece toe separator which slips out and slides under my foot.. You do need several days of just using it for a small length of time because you are putting your toes back to their natural position. I know where it full time.

  6. I love these. For some odd reason I do feel the need to stretch my toes out. I am into things like barefoot shoes and these seem to be right up that alley. They are pretty mild at stretching the toes but they are also noticeable. I can wear them for hours as I work from home and they remain comfortable. I kind of wish they stretched the toes even more but I think I need another product for that.

  7. Helpful Item for Squished Toes. I have seen toe separators advertised randomly throughout the internet. Finally, after a Yoga instructor I follow recommended some, I started taking the idea of these more seriously. I have slight bunions, but my bigger issue is the squished toes, where my little toes look like they’re trying to hide behind the rest. Too skinny shoes for too long I guess. This has been bothering me more and more because I took up running in the last year and a half and it’s getting more uncomfortable all the time. So I figured I’d try these and see how I feel.I’ve only had them about a week, so my review is really preliminary. However, in just that short time, I have noticed a huge difference in the flexibility and appearance of my feet. My approach is to basically wear them throughout the day as long as I can, when shoes are not required. As of right now, I can’t yet wear them with shoes, too uncomfortable. But I did try a pair of shoes again this morning and it was much more tolerable than usual, so the difference is starting to show there too.I’m hoping to get to the point where I can keep them on when I go for a run, but baby steps and all that. I’m just happy I’m already seeing a difference. When it comes to discomfort, one thing I learned is that you don’t have to jam them way down into the bottom of your toe-space area. That actually makes them painful. I make sure the gel pads are in the center of the space between my toes (toes are still spaced…spaced is spaced), like sort of at the middle knuckle area to try to describe it. Much more comfortable that way and still effective. Not that that is “wrong” placement…there’s no guidance as to how far they should go. So if you try them and you experience pain, maybe check to see if you wedged the gel pad all way down and raise it up just a little bit. Not so it’s sticking out above your toes, but just so it’s not jammed into the bottom of the toe well. They clean easy and dry fast. And if you find them too sticky after cleaning, just use a little talcum powder and you’re good.Oh, also, when choosing what “brand” you want, just keep this in mind…a gel pad is a gel pad is a gel pad…. It doesn’t have to be expensive, it just has to work. (The yoga instructor I follow has a brand of these, but you get a 2 pack for twice the price of these…but that 2 pack consists of two different sizes and you only need one, unless your feet change sizes frequently which they don’t. So don’t get sucked into the price-saving idea of 2 pack unless you can find one that is 2 of the size you actually need.)So all in all, highly recommend. And just be patient with it. I started off at like 45 minutes of tolerance. And now I can walk around for hours. In just a week.Pros–helpful for foot appearance/helps to correct shape deformities–makes toes stronger and more flexible–inexpensive (but FSA/HSA eligible)–can relieve pain and pressure from things like bunions and morton’s neuromaCons (but not really)–can be difficult to wear in shoes (might always be uncomfortable in some shoes depending on the shoe…like you aren’t jamming your foot into a pointy high-heel in these. Need a wide toe box)–can be slightly difficult to put on, especially if you have a hard time bending to reach your foot–gel can be somewhat sticky (which you don’t feel, not bothersome on the feet) which causes stuff to stick to the gel…fuzz from socks if you’re in socks, but if you’re not in socks? Be aware of what’s on your floor when walking in these barefoot

  10. Love these. My feet and toes are always aching after wearing dress shoes all day at work and years of tight fitting shoes. I was amazed at how good the stretch felt when I put these on. Depending on your feet the bands feel a little tight after wearing them for a while, but nothing painful. I don’t know if they will provide any long term improvements but they feel good when I am wearing them. None of my shoes are wide enough that I can wear the separators comfortably with shoes, but I do put them on under my desk.

  11. It started to turn orange after 1 day use and washing it 2 times with only water

  12. The Mind Bodhi Toe Separators are a fantastic solution for anyone dealing with bunions or wanting to restore their toes to a more natural alignment. They’re made of soft, flexible silicone, making them very comfortable to wear for extended periods without irritation. After consistent use, I’ve noticed significant relief in toe pain, and they’ve helped reduce the discomfort from bunions. They’re easy to clean and can be worn around the house or while sleeping. These toe separators are simple yet effective in providing relief and aiding in realignment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a non-invasive solution for toe issues.

Bought these due to pain in my foot caused by bunions after purchasing a big toe splint and I wish I bought this first. It is extremely comfortable and can wear them in my slides or shoes. They fit very well, although may be difficult for those who suffer from mobility issues as they are tight to put on and it takes a bit to slip your individual toes through each hole. But the relief was immediate and you can barely tell you’re wearing them once they’re on! They are amazingly priced and very well made. These should last for a very long time even with daily use. I highly recommend this to anyone searching for foot pain relief. You will not be disappointed!!

  15. I don’t review many things, but when I do…. Holyyyyy CRAP. I could burst into tears at any moment now because of this pretty pink silicone bunion relief thingamabobber. I have used this thing for 2 DAYS and my feet feel better than they have in… idk… decades, perhaps??The package was delivered later in the day, so I put them on shortly before bed and decided to sleep in them. Bad idea. I woke up sometime around 4 am in excruciating pain and couldn’t get these suckers off of me fast enough. The second day, I wore them for a couple of hours late morning, and again for a few hours before bedtime and took them off before bed. That’s where today comes into play. I woke up and made it halfway to the bathroom and realized my feet didn’t hurt. Like, ANYWHERE. They actually felt pretty good!I have flat feet which causes bunions, plantar fasciitis, and my ankles to roll inward which causes ankle, leg and knee pain. I have cried because my feet have hurt so bad. Over the past 4 years, I would say I’ve been in pain on some level every day. Until today!! I woke up on day 3 PAIN FREE. I put the spacers on again this morning and it just feels so good. So good. I don’t even have the words, but I don’t mind being on my feet today, which I didn’t think I would ever say again.Obviously it’s too soon for the bunions to be corrected, but the stretch relief itself makes this product worth every penny. It’s nothing like trying to do it on your own!! I think by forcing my toes closer into proper alignment, it’s creating a subtle arch in my feet so my ankles aren’t rolling inward anymore which is creating to pain relief. I have zero pain in my ankles today and I don’t remember the last time I could say that!! I’m so happy I found this product!! 10/10 recommend!!
