So far so good. I really just started on these, they are doing well so far, Dr Berg’s vitamin D – K2 are more costly than many others, but I do like and trust Dr BergWill update further after I’ve had a chance to really see how they do
Gives me ambition. After taking this for months, I can tell it makes me more ambitious. Some days you have to will yourself to do some tasks. I’m old so this helps with willpower. I don’t live in a sunny state so this gets me vitamin D especially in the winter months. I’ve taken vitamin D in the past that didn’t help but D3 & K2 does.
This Works. This vitamin works and I have the labs to prove it. I ordered this brand of vitamin after bloodwork came back that I was vitamin D deficient. Which greatly surprised me because I was already taking vitamin D (a different brand). My vitamin D level is now solidly normal.
It works – but keep an eye on your bit D levels after a few months- check again. Over a 3 month period my Vitamin D went from 24 ng/ml (low) to 100 ng/ml. Took 10,000 IU capsule religiously daily – spaced it a few hours after morning coffee as caffeine hinders absorption. Now will throttle back to a maintenance dose of 5000 IU as optimal range is 40-80 ng/ml.
Dr. Berg D3 -K2 vitamins. I have been using this vitamin for a few years now and it’s been great! Would definitely recommend using this product. to incorporate better health care.
Brought UP my Vitamin D levels. There isn’t anything I don’t trust about Dr. Berg‘s supplements. I originally bought the bigger bottle and the larger dose of 10,000 IU, and when I saw that he had a smaller bottle, I grabbed it. Didn’t even realize it was the 5000 IU. He has 2 sizes and dosages now!Had my blood work done recently and amazingly my vitamin D level is a little high! This stuff works! I am so grateful to Dr. Berg for all the stuff that he puts out there for all of us, this is a fantastic supplement. I also take his Whole Food multivitamins, so I alternate them because they also have. vitamin D and K in them. Living on a fixed income sometimes you have to do what you have to do. That ensures that I get a dose of it every single day even if it’s not the same size dose.There’s never a weird smell, weird taste, they’re always easy to swallow.
Part of my routine. I take this product every day! It has been helping so much and my vitamin D levels have gone up. I like the form it is in and will be taking this forever.

Quality. This supplement helped raise my d3 levels very quickly! Good quality has all the nessasary other ingredients for proper absorption. I was muscle tested and the tested very strong for my body and I have an auto immune.

High Blood Pressure Relief. Ok I don’t play when it comes to stuff like this , so when I heard Dr Barbra O’Neal talking about this I was very interested because I highly respect her. So I thought I would go ahead and give this a try. Let me tell you it took about one month, but after that, my blood pressure went down and has been fantastic ever since. I was able to throw away my lisinopril , even the doctor was shocked at how well the D3 K2 wound up working so no longer had to be on that bad medication and now my numbers are fantastic averaging around 126/30 . I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS ENOUGH !!! I have two other friends I told about it and they now after a month or so called me and thanked me . Whatever you do GET AWAY FROM LISINOPRIL !!! That stuff is TERRIBLE for our bodies

Works like a magic. I’m not sure if it’s just in my head or not, the night I take this (took 2), I slept so good. The next day, I didn’t take I was awake at 4 AM. Then last night I took 2 again, and slept well again. I’m forever buying this! I must be vitamin D and K deficient.
Blood test results are better. Once becoming pregnant, I got a lot of blood work done. In the beginning of my pregnancy, my blood results showed low D3. I started taking this supplement and by my 3rd trimester my blood results showed normal levels of D3. I am still taking this supplement post-partum.
