I figured they would be cheap, but… I like them a lot more than expected. I figured for the price, these would not last long, or do much, but honestly, they are pretty darn nice. I like the variety, mostly because it allows me to have a set of clippers in the shed for pruning branches, and several smaller shears around my side porch for those houseplants, and inside for those, and on my potting bench for those plants and working projects. Which means… I never have to go hunting for a plant snipper. There’s always one somewhere nearby.If you intend to tackle pruning of trees and outdoor shrubs, maples and oaks and inch thick branches, you will want something bigger, and more heavy duty. But if you intend to trim back spring forsythia, or prune houseplants, or cut squash and zucchini from the vine, these are wonderful. Go ahead and grab some, and enjoy them.
