Good quality. I got this to help support joints and releive things like shin splints but not pay so much for name brand. So far this has worked good, good stretch while maintaining support, and good adhesive, 1st pic is after a soak and wearing all day it stayed on almost completely.

Not the stickiest. If you want a few days out of the tape, get a different one

Big Help. I dont know the science behind it, but this tape has helped a lot with my rotator cuff tear.
Pain bandage. This product works when you work a job that is repetitive. It gives just enough relief to keep going.
Love this tape. This tape is a life safer for my achilles tendonitis. I wrap it around if I feel any pain & it supports it enough to stop the flairup. Also the color blends great. I’ve had some that are oranges colo and this one blends well its not noticeable at all. It also sticks really well as long as u round the ends and end it on top of tape instead of on skin. Last thru showers & doesn’t fray fast.
Helping with rotator cuff injury. I can feel the difference if I don’t wear the tape for a couple days. It really does help. I do struggle with getting all the “glue” off my arm. I found that if I put a tiny bit of aloe gel on my arm, really rub it in and then wait for it to dry before putting the tape on, it’s much easier on my skin when I remove the tape.
Great as mouth tape strips too. I use this as mouth tape to sleep at night. Ha! I cut it into tiny strips – so much cheaper than the precut mouth tape strips I was using before! Works great. Leaves minimal residue that I can rub off easily on the few occasions it does. Easy to use. Comfortable. I’ve had no reaction to the glues with my sensitivities. Will buy again!

Really glad I found this product, its like duct tape for the body lol. I got this after I was looking on youtube for ways to add support to your tummy thats suffering from diastasis recti. And was shocked at how simple it was. I was taking pilaties classes and some of the moves worried me. I wasn’t wearing a waist sincher because I didn’t want any restriction in movement. So I gave this a try.ProsIm not your doctor so excersise your best judgement.I like the support it provided. I was literrally like putting a band aid on it. Its not as much support as a waist sincher or other bindings but it gave me just enough to feel more confortable. It didn’t bulge out I didn’t have the loos skin, it was honestly nice to not worry about it. I used it short term like after i got out the shower, put it on went to class and took it off once I got done with the day. I love that it streches with you and moves with your body. Its really sticky but if you don’t get it right there is a steep learning curve. But once your get it you got it. I love the color for my skin although I don’t think you need it to match. This could be a fun idea for body painting or costumes (although you might need a lot more). It really helped with my back pain and gave me alot more support. Its a really functional product. I would even keep some in a first aid kit for slings or make shift band aids.ConsRemember that learning curve, yeah here it is… Its made to give a little bit of external support to your musscles thats why its great for diastasis recti. However there is a technique to application. Once you have the desierd piece/length you stick it to you then strech it, then stick it to you while streched and ease up and stick the end. If you strech it all the way out then stick it to you its going to rip/tear your skin. The ends I would say leave an inch or so unstreched untill you get the hag of it. Because while you are moving it will move with you but the ends will pull. Thats my only con. Its not a long term solution. I would not keep it on longer than a day although it says you can but I did not need it like that.
Velcro strips for a great deal. I have had many uses for this over the years and panic highly recommended never had a problem with it great Velcro
